Absolute shambles. My daughters birthday party would have been better managed by 2 years olds. Luckily children will make do and they got on with their hour even though the paid for entertainer / food / drinks never arrived. Have complained 3 times formally and have received no response. Management is as useful as a chocolate pot... Will never go back.

I had a very bad experience at boost trampoline ln Leicester . I've been several times before with my family but i felt really let down by the service during our visit .I booked online for a 2-hour jump session for both of my children, we got in at a reasonable time but I felt that the woman who seen to us at the desk let us down in a big way, she was very inexperienced and we wasted half-hour off our jump session because she was very unprofessional. I don't feel she knew what she was doing and for good half hour she kept us sending us several times to do the waiver even though we have previously done it before. She had a problem finding us on the system but I picked up that her shift was over so she was really agitated and not doing her job professionally! Half hour was wasted and no apology that's why I'm making this complaint.
Also one other issue whilst my 14-year-old was on his jump session a parent who's daughter sprained her ankle, for some reason my son was being accused of the accident and the parent was threatening my son and said he will smash his Fuk**** face! The staff never intervened and a family member of mine on the jump session had to settle the matter, I thought this was terrible that the staff should of told this man to calm down and stop shouting and threatening my son for no reason whatsoever I didn't know how to make this complaint directly to the Leicester branch boost so I'm leaving it here in Trust Pilot. I felt the day I took my family out for a fun day ended in disaster, also my 14-year-old is traumatised at the man who threatened him. I feel so let down with boost Leicester .

My wife had booked a 2hr jump for Easter that had been advertised as suitable for a great family session for under and over 4’s.
She booked and paid for herself my daughter 6 and my Son 12. All good so far!
We get to tonight........the night before we are due to go and a friend advised we should double check as they were told you HAD to have an under 4 with you. We called the Leicester Boost to check. We were told that someone would look in to it and call us back. It got to gone half 8 with the place closing at 9 still no phone call. I spent 20 mins constantly calling to get through and finally someone called Laura who I think was based at a different boost advised we couldn’t attend!
I find this to be the worst possible service! Not only did they allow us to book and in doing so excite the children. Never once and this has been booked for a while now did anyone contact us to advise that we wouldn’t be able to jump and if left to boost we would have travelled all the way there to be told only once on site, thanks but no thanks! There was no offer to move us to an alternate slot or attempt to find a different solution. They have told me I am being refunded but that is no real to my 6 year old daughter who has been in tears now as she was really looking forward to it!
I think boost need to take a look at the way they word things on their website and then check who they allow to book sessions if there are supposed to be age restrictions in place!
With other trampoline parks about I would definitely up my service before my client base go elsewhere!

Don't bother with Leicester, not tried Northampton branch but will in future stick to Jump Giants in Loughborough.
Half term last week, took my 7 year old autistic son at 12pm to see what all the fuss was about this new establishment on the old Leicester Mercury newspaper site. Female staff was very friendly and helped us fill in the formal waiver registration, informed her we were going to get lunch and do some shopping then return for the 3pm session. She advised to arrive around half hour early so we arrived at 2.25pm to a short queue (3 groups of approx 10 people) however, staff were slow checking people in. Got to the desk around 2.45pm. Guy said they were full & we should've booked when we visited earlier. Told him we weren't advised else would have. Asked for manager who eventually got off his backside to speak to me at 2.53pm. He told me no different to the staff member. Told him female staff's fault but only offered me cups of tea/coffee?!?!?Told him don't wan't a drink but they have upset my son!!!
Awful treatment! Won't be bothering with this place unless they get their act together then maybe but will be at a push!!
Easter hols...Jump Giants here we come !!
