If I could put 0 stars I would. They’ve been an absolute joke. I ordered a pair of boots which arrived and didn’t fit. So I sent the boots back with the return form filled out asking for a new pair in a bigger size. 3 weeks later I still had no reply. I called them up and they said they would process a refund. 5 days later, still nothing. So I emailed them, bare in mind one month after returning them, to them responding saying I needed to send them a photo of the post office receipt which obviously one month later I don’t have. My account even states “Refund requested as shoes did not fit” so they obviously received them!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I’m thoroughly disappointed and now £63 down.

AVOID!! Not a good experience, I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this website! Basically my order was not delivered when expected, and no confirmation was initially received. I contacted the seller who told me that the item was out of stock and I had to wait for them to become available. So after a couple of weeks contacted them again and was told that the item had been delivered although they’re tracking information stated that it was not possible to track the item due to it having been delivered. After many emails backwards and forwards with their customer service including my suggestion that they check who signed for my order, I have been told by their customer service agent that if I report the case to PayPal then PayPal will always 100% find in their favour!! That remains to be seen but will certainly never be buying again from this website and I would urge anyone else to avoid. Seems that ‘Attitude’ is precisely the right name for this organisation.
Update, as the seller predicted PayPal found in their favour due to the item being signed for by a mystery recipient hence I am £55 out of pocket and have received zero items. Absolutely disgraceful from both the seller and PayPal. Have reverted to PayPal and made my thoughts clear, doubt it will make a difference. I am myself an online seller and it’s DISHONEST sellers and lazy PayPal service that give buying online a bad reputation.

tterly horrible company. Our parcel was misdelivered by royal mail and after an investigation royal mail confirmed the misdelivery and that the parcel was unretrievable. 3 delivery managers involved, texts from a manager, investigation reference number and an official email of the investigation resolution has been forwarded to attitude. Yet they are still refusing to refund us. They say they are in contact with royal mail despite royal mail confirming this isnt the case. We now have to go to our bank for a chargeback because attitude refuse to refund us then claim like royal mail have advised they do. Attitude customer service is terrible and they have lied while basically accusing us of having the parcel despite royal mail confirming multiple times this isnt the case.
Avoid these idiots at all costs and support better alternative stores please.

My partner ordered items for my birthday, 1 item was missing from a 5 item order, he contacted customer service, to be basically called a liar, they send no proof of CCTV requested after saying they can see whoever packed it had out all 5 items into the bag, a 500g royal mail delivery bag, items I received weighed 500g on their own without the packaging? By my knowledge you can only put around 500g in a 500g parcel bag? The staff continued to be rude, and eventually put him in a REJECTION/SPAM FOLDER! How can a company do such a thing, if my partner was trying to scam a company he wouldn't do it Iver a measly £45 jumper! Trading standards have been contacted and they are investigating the situation so I will see how this goes, I advise everyone to stay clear of this company as I can see from other reviews they have had similar rude issues with them.
