went there with my sister and two friends after being at Epsom play house. seeing a show. knew my neice was in there with her friends. we only wanted to pop in to buy them a drink. we were refused entry. as we are four jolly ladies we were accused of being intoxicated. which was not the case. and spoken to so rudely. we have sons same age as door men. and we were only having a giggle. then we realised aswel. we were being discriminated because of our age 50 to 60. I think door men should lighten up a bit more. when women their mum's age are just having a giggle. and they can't intimidate us being an older age group as they can all the youngsters. well found a great bar with a band and nice people and owners. and polite door lady and man. the all bar one we went to was the Epsom branch. and another thing one of my son's is a doorman in Leeds. when I told him he was shocked. and said he would never accuse four jolly ladies like that. and my son knows I don't drink and I'm not abusive as the door men also said we were.

Wines at All Bar One have become expensive in general and the “house wines” are awful and still expensive relative to the rubbish that is served up.
If using table service for food and drinks beware! Generally very slow and whilst menus are varied and good value the quality of food presented is very hit and miss!
Has been a good great venue in the past but is losing the plot!

Service was soooo slow. .it was blamed on an allergic reaction to someone in the kitchen. Also a party of 50 just turned up.
Excuses not reasons. Staff were running around like head less chickens.
Won't go back there again

I made three attempts to book a table. None worked, fortunately there was space when our group arrived. Service was distinctly lacklustre. Kids enjoyed burgers. My salad was awful...just a bunch of leaves on the plate and a spoonful of half cooked lentils scattered over. No dressing, no walnuts, beetroot uncooked and an unpeeled boiled carrot balanced on the top!
The whole place had a weird toilet smell which was most offputting. Not impressed and would certainly not go again.

Went out for my birthday weekend on 22nd November and ended up at All Bar One at the O2, bar staff were great. Signed up for the App and got the Free welcome drink voucher. Unfortunately they didn’t have any of the larger that was supposed to be included In the offer, but was told by the bar lady that she would ask a manager if she could exchange it for another drink, no manager was available so I bought a drink as she said she would ask one when she saw one and apply it to my next drink. She did this and my next drink was free.

It was my birthday on the 23rd and I woke up to a notification that I had a free Birthday drink from today, and it was in my App wallet When I checked. I went into All Bar One in Leicester Square to redeem it, but the voucher had disappeared :( the bar staff couldn’t help either.

I stayed and had more drinks and had an awesome night In the Leister Square Venue but would love to know where my free birthday drink voucher went :)

Terrible service. Bad food. Rude manager.

Made a reservation for my mom's birthday with special request and they did not follow through at all. Did not even make a reservation when I spoke to Manager he was rolling his eyes whilst I was talking to him and did not understand what I was talking about because he couldn't speak English properly. Then he went on to ask the bar man who was busy working so could not help. Food was terrible, don't go here to celebrate unless you are going to just walk in for drinks which I wouldn't as it is pricy for limited range. Terrible service waitor kept forcing me to order shots and did not understand certain questions asked? Waiting around alot at the beginning not going again. My mom did not enjoy meal

All Bar One Bath we visited sat 9th nov 2019 had a masterclass with JAX for 16 hens. Absolutely amazing host! Best cocktail making class we have done! Very professional when needed to when guys were trying to join in and really fun as hen host. Great cocktail bar perfect for a party! This was the best place of our day/night out! All staff were brilliant and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble! A**** 10/10

Disappointed at the service at Guildford branch we waited over an hour for òur meal the waitress forgot to forward our order....would have expected a reduction in the bill at least to cover the extra parking we were served by Natasha..I can only assume she's new to the job..but spoilt our lunch to date they have not responded to me....update we will never return or recommend this Bar ....no one has bothered to contact me regarding my complaint...update clearly this company don't take complaints...worth thinking about wether or not to visit..plenty of other places to eat locally with better service and customer care...you..'ll have to double your parking as we did the length of the it took to be served....

Went to the All bar one in Waterloo 1/3 Chicheley Street yesterday 12/10/19 with my Girlfriend on a day out in London.
Upon arriving we saw the establishment was lively and this looked like a great place to endeavour on a fresh taste of lunch.
We were greeted by the seating manager whom kindly seated us to a table but subsequently forgot to supply us with menus. There were plenty of staff wondering the restaurant looking for entertainment from their colleagues, this made it extremely difficult to gain their attention as most would look our way then look away in an attempt to not see we needed help. This wasn’t good as around 20 minutes passed while we were seated we still haven’t received a menu or acknowledgment we were even in their establishment, whereas a table of 4 who sat down 15 minutes after us got see to first. In the end I had to leave my table and walk up to the waitress and ask if we could order food (we went online and looked at the menu). She kindly offered us a menu that we didn’t need and proceeded to take our order and drinks too now we’ve been sat there so long we drunk it. We ordered old mout cider which took a further 20 minutes to arrive after ordering (should have gone to the bar) and our food arrived a further 15 minutes after the drinks, I’m not complaining about the food time, just the drinks. When food arrived I asked for some ketchup which never arrived. Again I tried to flag someone down with no luck, so off I went on my venture for ketchup! I tracked someone down and got a tiny little tub of ketchup to satisfy a few chips. I then actually got some more asking from my seat! Proper service maybe? Nope. After finishing our meals and sat for a further 25 minutes of trying to flag someone down (was thinking about using smoke signals or an air horn at this point) I finally once again had to give up my seat and track another employee down. Who sorted us out with our bill and the card machine with haste.
Food wasn’t very flavoursome. Burger dry.
After paying a total of £39 bill I conclude I’d rather eat at McDonald’s.

The worst place, slow and unhappy staff, unprofessional manager she don't care about the customer, I eared the waiters saying to bartender that the manager had a sex with other colleague in the staff room. I can't imagine who do this in your environment work . This explain a lot of thinks about this place. I won't back there never more. Someone need to do something about this place...

We went to bar at one in Epsom, DO NOT GO THERE, my friend got kicked out because she defended herself after a boy called her an object and said women are only good for 3 things the bouncer did nothing, they are sexiest rude Paedophiles men that are demeaning to women. Would not recommend to anyone, if u wanna get chucked out for sticking up for yourself and girl code he should get sacked for touching a women, DO NOT GO THERE, WOMEN BEWARE

Amazing birthday party! Staff unbelievable! missed out on my free cocktail due to not eating but 15 bottles of Prosecco later and a few bird cages & it didn’t matter!
Can’t wait for mine in 2 weeks; we will all be back for round 2. WILL serving us was GREAT ! credit to the company!

THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE ALL BAR ONE IN BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT AIRSIDE..........

Staff not very helpful. Flight at 6 and they didn't start serving breakfast till 04:30 when everywhere else is open at 04:00. Because of the later opening than other establishments, because of slow ordering, because of slow delivery of meal, because of slow payment of bill, I'm not sure if I'll be using it again. I think you need to open early and get the staff to operate with a little more urgency. I seemed to be rushing to fit everything in, after visiting this establishment, before I had to get to the departure gate.
Asked if she could put my loyalty points onto my app. But after she said she had, my app says different there's NO LOYALTY POINTS been added. So what's the point of being loyal. As usual your ripped off in an airport, treated shabbily in an airport. Travelling through Birmingham airport again in about 6 weeks not sure at the moment if I'll be using this establishment again.

Spent the afternoon in All Bar One and was disgusted with the service and rude staff. Food waiting times were ridiculously long. When food arrived, the orders were wrong. When our group moved to another table, there was decomposing food matter on the table. When we asked for the tables to be cleared, we were told rudely, that it wasn’t their job! Staff dressed inappropriately and were lax in their duties. Won’t be returning.

Food is good but should be reviewed by bosses and improved.

Dry chicken. No sauce. Noodles were dry & clumped up together in the middle with more dry vegetables around the edge of the plate. I had to use my knife to cut the noodles apart from their clumpy dry mess. Pad Thai? More like Pad TRY. Worst meal ever.
Drink was 90% ice with 10% actual lemonade, had to ask them to re-do it otherwise I would have been scammed. Any amount of money spent here is a scam either way. The least that could have been offered is free wifi.

All Bar One branch near St Pauls in London refused to serve two elderly former soldiers who had fought for this country. This sort of disrespectful action will not be tolerated.

The All Bar One in London near the Old Bailey has today refused to serve two army veterans in uniform with their medals proudly on their chests. I will not be stepping into any of their bars again!

Always great service, great food, reasonably priced that’s why I choose to eat there regularly even though I live in the town centre and can choose from many other places. Today (30/04/19) our waitress was Emily. She was really friendly, very attentive and very smiley. Nothing was too much even when my friend and I asked for our drinks to be changed.

Hello My friend and my work colleagues visit your venue at least once a month as a girlie catch up over a drink/food. However unfortunately the lack of hospitality with the waitress ing service and waiting time was clearly evident in our visit this afternoon. When the food came it was cold. I ask them about this and they insisted it was hot when they gave it to me. I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the service today and my friend and work colleagues feel the same. We normally visit hear at least twice a month I hope you take my feed back seriously. Kind regards Miss Wilmot
