Website easy to use and navigate, products that are in stock are on par price wise if not cheaper than the other companies out there, communication after ordering is bang on and the next day service hasn't let me down either so all round very good.

These guys are great nothing seems to be to much trouble for them I have purchased a few items from them and will be making more purchases in the future, just wish they were closer so I could visit the shop. Business's are measured on there customer services and we are quick to criticize but very few compliment. My experience with Airsoft World as been great which is qualified by the way they handled one of my purchases which was faulty. The item was quickly collected sorted and return to me within 5 working days. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Really great service and goods delivered, ordered 3 times and shipping was always swift. Two toning service is quick and very reasonable in regards to looks & coverage.
Support is also great, one of the rifles was delivered incorrectly (mislabelled box, mistakes happen) and response was very quick - replacement arrived in days.

Was thinking about doing Airsoft as a hobby and so bought a small item to get a feel for the idea of it. Ordering was easy and straightforward with all the legal aspects displayed.
The item itself was delivered quickly and safely with instructions included.
Overall it was an inexpensive introduction to the hobby and am definitely considering purchasing more items in the future in order to participate in the hobby itself.

airsoft world is a really good place for all, from newcommers to experienced players airsoft worl have a huge selection to suit most players.
only real downside is the performance of the website, not sure whats happened but page loading and checking out orders is sometimes painfully slow, it does work but takes some time which is the only real negative i have to say.
if the site performance can be sorted out then hands down airsoftworld would be in my top 2 places to shop for airsoft items

Ordered new RIF which was faulty, asked to return it and did so, it was repaired and returned to me quickly; their returns process isn't the clearest return system I've used with a lot of emails saying process resolved before it actually was, which I thought confusing.
However service itself was quick, efficient and no quibble regards return & repairs (was just loose motor wires). Many thanks Airsoftworld

Excellent, slick purchase online of a couple of items I had looked for for a while, great value to the only other like for likes. Custom paint job so around 5 working days for one item, even received a courtesy email during this period just to let me no there was a slight delay but the matter was in hand. The other item arrived within a few working days of order, fantastic.

Can never fault my friends at AirsoftWorld. Been good to me over so many years now! Wouldn't be anything without Steve's hard work and dedication to the sport! Great products always on display, great staff front and behind the scenes! Especially Duncan on the Tech side!

Placed an order which needed to be amended, amended with no issues within 12 hours.
Once the original preorder date was missed I asked to cancel my order. I only received a reply over a week later once the item had already been delivered.
