Beautifully made roman blind. It took a little longer than normal on delivery time but that was expected during Covid-19 measures! The video on how to install the blind was extremely helpful! I would certainly recommend this company on value for money, quality and service.

When the blind arrived , the box was damaged and a part was missing. I rang your office for a spare end wheel and it has still not arrived after 10 days . I cannot fit the blind.

Blinds arrived in time specified in spite of CV-19 problems. Blinds well packed and fitted well. One of the blinds i ordered was particularity wide and I specified a plastic pull whereas I should have opted for the metal really. Hopefully i can replace the plastic with metal at a future date if the plastic proves to be insufficiently robust. i was pleased to have been provided with the child safety catches as well. i have purchased from 247 before and would do so again.

We are very pleased with the blind. We were going to phone the company as we hadn’t heard anything about the delivery, however it then arrived that day that it was due. We were very satisfied and would recommend them.
