I placed 4 different rakhi orders through Talash.com, only 3 were delivered on time. They didn't deliver the 4th order and on checking upon this through emails they replied that the order has been delivered. I told them many times that the items hasn't been received yet by recipient but they didn't take any action and not even refunded my money. Please do not place any order through talash. Com in future Very bad customer service.

I ordered a Rakhee Package for my brother who resides in Mumbai. Fantastic collection. Great communication. I was intimated on every step. The Rakhee reached my brother before time. I will surely repeat Talash.com. Super service. Great job!

I'm very dissatisfied with the service. I have received an email stating that rakhi has been delivered but delivery is not yet done. I have raised a ticket regarding the same but no action has been taken.

I have ordered rakhi for brother 10 days back but till now he hasn't received any post from talash.com worst experience no one is replying on phone is always switch off i have to sed it to Australia. But till now no response is there from talash. Worst experience ever.

This website Talash.com is still online..... thats a shame. My order i wanted to send to London still hasnt reached London even after 2 and half years. My family in London is still in talash of the raakhis my wife sent.

At one time I even felt like going to Consumer Court for the injustice they made me suffer but then obvious Indian mentality of not wasting any more time and effort over a lowly 1600 odd rupees made me push myself back

Ordered four items on August 7, three are delivered, forth one is not delivered yet, trying to contact through phone nobody picks up, used tickets 100 times and they told it delivered but it's not. They do not care about your money or time.

Spent 999 and placed an order on August 12th for Rakhi delivery (paid extra for 'same day' delivery).

It's been over 15 days and not only has the rakhi not been delivered, I am not even able to track it because the website says it has not been shipped yet.

I've raised several tickets and there is no response. Their India helpline number(s) "DO NOT EXIST".

They completely scammed me off my money, didn't deliver the product and disappeared without a way for me to contact them for a refund.

Like I said.. customer service sucks.. stuff gets delivered rotten and infinitely delayed. They have a fancy north American sounding system.. press 1 for this and 2 for this crap.. goes no where. Sucks 2 thumbs down

Worst experience..not picking up calls. My brother still waiting for rakhi...nd rakhi was 4 days ago. Should be banned.

Talash.com is fraud . Dont buy anything from them. They do not even pick up a single call . They still not deliver the oder at given addres.

bought rakhi and sweet, however they sent different rakhi and sweets from what i choose.
I choose maron rakhi and ferero rocher for my brother and they sent blue rakhi and dairy milk.

It does not even deserve a single star , worst ever experience and worst website. After taking so much money they don't even deliver services.

I had a very bad experience. I order for Father’s Day.
First order, A combo of flowers and fruits. The order was delivered without flowers. Flowers delivered late evening, were all in bad condition and arrangement was ordinary not even 30% of what is shown on the site , I paid $43 for that. Fruits arranged in a basket that we take to mandir. Not even 50% of what shows on the site

Second order, was a chocolate bouquet with “I love you” sign. Order delivered with no arrangements, no ribbon (nothing), just chocolate cellophane taped around a bunch of flower.
Sent visual of the order delivered, customer service representative agreed on the first instance that it was not what was to be delivered and will ask the vendor to redeliver or refund my money. After 5 days of calling India, yesterday representative says sorry, vendor delivered what was asked for just the arrangement is not there and said he can’t do anything. I asked to talk to manager , no reply after that.
My question to talash team is why u put the pictures when you can’t deliver even the 70% of what is shown. Really bad experience. No consistency and very poor customer service. Poor quality of order delivered. I will ask all my friends and internet user not to order from here as they don’t deliver what is shown. Total waste of time and specially hard earned money.
No grievances and complaint department number.

My order for Mothers day was delivered 3 days later despite the promise to be delivered on time.

I had to raise 2 support tickets to get some attention but only to get pre-typed responses back.

I visit this site and place one order the collection is very good. Site is also very simple and easy to browse.

A wrong product was delivered to the specified address.

Had been trying to contact Support, but no one answers the calls.
Sent an email to the support detailing as to what was ordered and what was delivered, and I am still waiting for a response from Talash.com

Not at all an acceptable experience. I wouldn't shop from Talash.com anymore and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I have ordered rakhi and cake . Rakhi is delivered after festival and cake is not known where it is still now. No one pick calls . After too many tries phone disconnected byself . Big no for this sote. Zero star

The flowers were delivered on time.Freshness of the flowers and the way it was packed matched the details on the website.
Only concern was that,some of the words in the message was not legible.

Order not yet delivered order id 100039191
The rakhi order is showing as delivered but it was not yet delivered.
The courier called my brother from a different pin code which shared
the same name 'mapedu' . I don't know how these faults happens even
though we have google maps and gps? He did not delivered the rakhi
to right address. My brother enquired the neighbors too. Rakhi is
tomorrow and i don't know when it I'll be delivered to my family. Can
you please let us know when you will deliver the rakhi.

The item has still not reached in 2 locations. Canada and UK and there is no response from Talash on the same.I'm sending Rakhi from last few years from 2 different sites and they are professional, this seems to be such nonprofessional site. This should be blacklisted.

I tried calling the contact no and emailed them but still no response to date.

Rakhi was on 7th Aug and today is 10th August, still no clue about the whereabouts of the products.

I need refund of both the items.

As i am a SIKH, and the particular in this set of 4 Religious Rakhi one Rakhi is of "EKONKAR" ( Punjabi Religious word) the top one out of 4 which was shown during my order punching time.
This is my very first dealing with TALASH and experience was TOO BAD, since from the next time i had to search another site for sending gifts to our relatives lives in USA.
