I have used that website once as it popped up on my fb profile. I cancelled my order few minutes after ordering. Nevertheless I received Klarna factura for the items which have not arrived. The contact through their website is impossible...I was asked to sign-in while I don't even have an account there. Opened one using my regular e-mail and it comes up with an info that no orders are registered on my account. So I'm left with the factura for the items I don't want and never received. Stay away! It's a scam.

This is my first experience with this company is awesome I ordered several dresses using their size chart. They were described as cotton blend bohemian style. Well, the size L dresses I received would likely fit a very thin 14 year old! They are 100% nylon, poorly sewn, and look like striped small one piece slips The clothes are so cheaply made. They send the wrong sizes. The size chart must be for monkeys because I couldn't even get my arm in two of the three tops I purchased. The fabric is dreadful clothing is cheaply made and has strange pleats in all the shirts and pants. Extremely poor quality clothing dress did not look like their advertising pictures, none of them fit, all medium but fit too small or too big Got My Refund immediately I went on the internet finally I found this number+one -3 one two four eight eight one zero nine six called when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that I can return nasty back and initiated my money to me Thanks to customer for excellent customer service! Quick simple assistance over the phone if only every company was like this.

Bought winter pj’s on dec 3, 2020. The ship to address on the order was Maine, United States. They sent me some shipping thing designed to mimic a proper tracking history you might see from UPS, but it’s just static text and I think fake. On dec 10 they claim that it was received in NY, the 10th of a long list of ship updates, then about 9 hours later they claim it was received at the next step in shipping process, “ORD” which is a major air shipping station in Chicago Ohare airport. Why exactly was it shipped from NY which is close to Maine almost across the US to Chicago! The last of their fake shipping status’s says it departed Chicago ORD shipping on Dec 16 “Transfer to last mile logistics providers”. I am not going to get my package because it was never sent. This is a fraudulent company, and the company I used to make payment should be ashamed of themselves as they participated in the fraud.

I made an order on the 15th of December with 3 sets of pyjamas to be delivered before Christmas as I paid for fast delivery. It says that my packaged has been shipped at 2:56pm today however I still have not received it and have been at home all day.
My order number is VV5427934793 and it is £64.64
When I go to track it it says that it has been shipped. I have tried to press the contact and there isn’t any help offered.
I now do not want these pyjamas as they will not now arrive for Christmas. I would like a refund or will have to contact my bank as this is customer fraud.
Do not use this company!!!

I have been trying to cancel an order that has not been shipped to me for the past 3 days. I want a full refund and have been trying to contact customer service with no help. My order was over $140. At this point I believe I have to contact my bank and report fraud.

I have tried to find a way to contact them as I got an email today that my order has been delivered and is no where to be seen. Can’t find a proper way to get in touch so cannot get a refund for my order I never got. No use for them now as they were Christmas Pajamas

BLOCKED YOUR EMAILS. Why make it hard for people to opt out? If you had good products you wouldn’t need to force emails on people.

Ordered Christmas pyjamas on 5/11/20 and have still not received them. But they’ve taken £60 off me! No customer service direct contact on the terribly confusing and almost unusable website. What a scam. I have emailed them but no reply. I wish I had never used this company. Absolutely terrible. Apparently my order is “processing” despite several prompts to ship my order. Appalling service. Would not recommend!!

I have orderd 5 dresses for my wedding te 21 of september and till this day i die not get my dresses. DHL says this company did not do the correct steps for it to get to me zo they can not help me and VeryVoga says that i have to contact DHL to check on my order. DHL can not change the order but Veryvoga has to do that but they refuse and till me that i can get a 40% refund for Their site. What the hack is wrong with this company. I work hard dor my money and now i lost money and wedding dresses because THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB !!!! VeryVoga contact me because I want my full refund or all nu dresses with no mistakes. I would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is damned near impossible to reach. They keep sending you very irritating newsletters. Unsubscribed multiple times with no success. Worst company ever!

UPDATE: Please be aware before you order with these people. They just send you these emails that make no sense at all saying your order has been delivered to some random place!!! When you ask for refund or query the delivery address, they just fob you off with a ticket no????? I am even more sure they are scammers now.

I would give it a no star if possible. I had a very garbled email to tell me my package had been delivered, finally managed to sort the tracking number out (which was a test in itself) it showed that it had been delivered to some service station?? as requested?? Ive contacted them through several means and told that it will be delivered. Ive asked for a refund, but nothing!!! I think this may be some sort of scam site. I wish I had read all these reviews first, something I normally do, I can see now that this is a scam site!!!

Do not order from this Company
I ordered 2 bikinis, when they arrived they were too small and unflattering. There wasn't a returns document in the package. When I tried to get a return label & sheet from the website it came up saying that due to hygiene reasons they don't exchange bikinis & jewellery. I would never have ordered them if this had been stipulated at point of purchase!! There is no email address or any way of contacting Customer Service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

i have placed 2 orders at the same time. 3 items they have changed it according to what i can see on my account on their site. i dont like them, but i paid for it!! i cant even exchange them again. this is not honnest. this is crazy.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I placed an order. All it says on the order is “processing” and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with someone from customer service or cancel the original order

Extremely unhappy with this company.
Ordered 5 items of clothing 8/6/20. Received advice that goods had been sent 29/6/20.
Received notification of rupture of stock on one item one day after I had been advised that it had been sent.
3/7/20 notification of delivery
8/720 Goods delivered with one item missing (Ruptured stock item)although it was listed that it was delivered!!
23/7/20 Sent email requesting refund of item not received. Received automatic reply stating they would deal with my query in 5-10 days. Nothing. Sent further email 4/8/20 requesting reply to previous email and refund. Received automatic reply again.
Unhappy with two other items, one was the wrong colour and the other one looked nothing like the photograph on the site(different material)
All in all extremely upset with their service.
Their internet site is unfriendly. Impossible to contact the company.
They do however send me a publicilty email everyday promoting their clothes!!

I ordered confidently on this shopping website with their deceiving photos of dresses, a bit expensive still it looks worth your money. But when the items arrived😳 They are not what I expected, from quality to sizes. Terrible! So a day after, I tried to contact them through their website but I can’t get through so I used email. I asked severely Times before They game me a RETURN Address. So I returned with tracking and proof of postage. For first few days They still communicating until 3 weeks now since They received the items, still REFUND IS PENDING!! Please, money is absolute important now a days. I returned the items, in its original packaging. Not even tried on. Give back my money! 😡🤬

I purchased several items a few weeks ago. However, due the extended processing time due to Covid, which I completely understand, I had to cancel the order because I needed the items this weekend. I received a very polite email the same day advising a full refund was being processed then two days later it arrived into my account. I hope all your employees are well appreciated. Thank you :)

After while I can modify my review - it takes really long time to deliver the order, one of my orders never arrived so after message exchange with their service I got confirmation I will receive refund so I can compliment their service department on this.
Otherone of my orders arrived after really long time and it does not look like the dress on pictures,different colours and super cheap material, even looks like different cut then the picture.

This site does not even deserve one star. After waiting for almost 4 months for my order to arrive, only two of the three items arrived. Of which both were extremely bad quality and did not look like the pictures. I can not return any of my items or complain about the missing item because according to the website i never even placed an order??? WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
