Some how I'm not longer a Sams club member since 2019. When I had placed and received an order from Sams as recent as March 8th, 2021. How does that happen? Final answer from them, I guess you will have to go to a local store in person to figure out what is going on with your membership. Not acceptable. They are not the only store in town. Good bye Sams.

Do not order online on Thursday's and Friday's, it's impossible to get in touch with their customer service and it takes at least 3 business days to get an update. My last order 1/2 was shipped out within the 3 business days and the other 1/2 is still in a "shipping" status.
It's amazing that they are still doing "online" ordering because their competitors have the product's already "delivered" in the 3 business days it takes to pack and ship theirs.

I went in and they previously talked me into a plus membership at the pharmacy, this time they filled it with a brand 4 times higher than the rx said it'd be online, they said it automatically uses more expensive one... wow. I had them change it but the female pharmacist at the Manchester mo was rude and so was the old woman who was at register, I'm talking extremely rude, like she she could you repeat that you just rattled it off very quick about my phone number, wow.

Michael seen me getting ready to pick up a case of water and came over to help me at the Greenville, SC Sam's Club. This is the 2nd time I have received help with a Sam's worker walking by and helping me with the case of water without being ask. Great Service

We have used Sam's Club for our business for YEARS, I have never really had an issue with them, mostly when there is an issue, it is because they are understaffed and cannot handle the influx of people that come in at once.
Their online service is easy and convenient, just select a pick-up time and your good to go, this system beats the instore pick up by leaps and bounds, before the curbside pick up you had to try and find a kiosk... sometimes then a manager. Then just go to the customer service desk... it was a fiasco.
Getting fuel and in-store purchase is pretty easy also, no big deal.

Was directed by a busy employee to the customer service desk where I only had to wait for a minute, maybe less. When I voiced my complaint of leaving my cart momentarily so I could get an item I had forgotten and some lousy individual took my Prilosec out of it so when I got home, said item was missing - I didn't notice until this morning - would it be possible to be compensated the $22+ it cost. 'No problem,' the lovely lady behind the counter said. I walked out of the store several minutes later with a new package and no loss, that having been absorbed by the south Springfield Sam's Club. It was an overall good experience and I'm very grateful. I won't be leaving my cart unattended again.

When I write an honest feedback they remove it so buyers can't see. For instance, I saw that they brought out frozen bagels with the date marked as fresh and current. Shouldn't buyers know if they freeze their bagels or not? I would think that if they have a bakery that those items would be fresh as the date is marked that way. Also wrote about their lemons and how it isn't consistent and there is no juice and it is dry. They removed that also.

Sam's Club is the typical company shopping website. No spyware or malware detected.

Terrible experience pre-ordering a system. As a non member, they charged $50 for a 'handling fee'. That premium price resulted in the delivery being delayed two weeks out from any other retailer. At this point, they had guaranteed shipment by the release date, and they are now back tracking that as well. My order status has not changed at all in 2 months and everything they say is a lie to cover face. Even went as far as to blame COVID when they are the only retailer experiencing anything close to these issues. Once they realized that wouldn't go over well, they changed their stance to carrier issues. Reality sounds like they over sold their allotment or completely screwed up their distribution. They won't even let you cancel the order or upgrade shipping. No apologies, just blatant disinformation.

Worst sams club I have been in since coved
Lakeland fl
Shopping carts not cleaned nor were there proper supplies to clean yourself
Several customers who were not wearing masks.
Mgmt did nothing to announce need to wear masks
All of these things they say they do so well on website. WRONG
I did not even complete my shopping after seeing so many without masks
I WILL NOT GO TO THEM AGAIN

Horrible! Also if Sams wants to make this review system more authentic, they should consider adding minus stars as an option. I was transferred to several reps. None of which seemed to have the same information. I just wanted to add a family member to my membership, and credit card. I was transferred back and forth between member services and the credit card company three times before the call dropped. Then I called back and was told I had to wait until the next day before they could help me. Seriously thinking of switching to Costco

They can charge my credit card but are unable to process a credit to the same credit card for cancellation. DO NOT sign up for auto renewal! The only options are to 1) visit a store. Hmmm, I am cancelling because I have moved and am no longer near a store so, not an option. 2) they will send you a gift card to Sam's Club (again, one is not near me) or Walmart. Lamest customer service!

Recently I ordered a flat screen 4K t. V. and some organic agave nectar. The agave exploded in the box. One bottle was completely empty others were leaking. The box dripped! These were delivered by fedex but I feel they were not packed well by Sam's! I felt bad for the fedex driver!
I ordered the t. V. for a gift. On the order they said it would take a couple weeks,. Now it will be another 10 days. To late for a gift. They are unresponsive by text or phone. They have no control when items are delivered. Why do they give you a delivery date before placing the order? They are not fulfilling their contract. YUK messy! I have found there are better places to order from. Sam's isn't saving me anything.

Dont join their plus membership unless you spend min. 100 dollars a week there. It is a total scam for the common shopper. They had a promo and conned us into upgrading to plus. We lost a 45 dollar gift card and ended up paying 55 dollars for the plus membership. Had we stuck with basic membership we would have had a free year membership

Over the last 12 to 18 months Sam's Club has been squeezing it's customers, a bit at a time. Fewer hours, increasing club membership by more than 100% in my case. I "had" a business membership, which no longer exists. To get the same benefits the annual cost went from about $50/year to more than $100/year. Selection and product choices are disappearing, parking is now a nightmare as the clubs cater to the curbside service customers leaving the majority out in the cold, literally. My local club is now in the process of "remodeling"-- AGAIN-- which means finding products is a nightmare. Like so many other corps they insist on fixing things that aren't broken.

Last year, Sam's offered an upgrade from my standard card to a Plus membership for a dollar, so I said yes. Today I tried to renew it back to a standard card and they said,"Oh, we can't do that because we wouldn't know if it was someone else trying to use your account". This is a lie because they will let you upgrade without going in. Don't go to Sam's club.

I am quite spoiled by the free shipping thanks to my upgraded membership. I usually buy my normal household staples this way so I am not having to go to the store repeatedly. I am usually happy with the items I purchase and if not I return them to the store with no hassle. Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the item but they let you know if things are running late. I did have an incident in the beginning of the pandemic where my items were charged and never received, their shipping info said they were at Fed Ex but never got here. After 1 call they refunded me and apologized so I'm fine with that, that was the only time that happened. I have ordered mattresses, rugs, non perishable groceries

Sams club recently instituted a scam and basically a price gouge of plus members get to shop at 9 instead of 10...this has nothing to do with CoVid 19 but instead a way to sucker customers into a plus membership. I had your card for 6 years and I am going to Costco. At least they don't lie about things!!!!!

I placed a pick-up order so that I did not have to go into the store during COVID since the store does not REQUIRE masks(Port Charlotte, FL). Ate some of my #JackLinks Jerky that I bought and did not feel good. Next morning husband is eating it and begins to pull out large pieces covered in MOLD!! Expires Nov 2021. I called the store to get a refund, I was put on hold 4 different times for a total of 20Min 38Sec. My last attempt to speak to someone ended that I MUST go into their store to get a refund. I explained my desire to not be in the store and why, and asked if I could send them pictures of the product and they could just credit me. They said they could not help me. No Returns if you are not in the store. Order# 4768584475. Terrible customer service!

I was able to place a free order on their site to replace the product. I was able to do this safely from my home. I LOVE #JackLinks !

The single worst online company for customer service returns ever! I shipped back a marble table that they cleared for return and pickup for the return over a month ago. The table has been received weeks ago. I have been calling the 800 number every single day spending hours a day trying to get my refund put back to my credit card for 550.00 to no avail you are calling the Philippines speaking to incompetent people who hang up on you or apologize for not being able to execute the refund. Most recently they claim the refund was put back on my card but it wasn't and I had the chase bank speak to them with me to confirm no credit was put back for over 2 years by sams club. They refuse to do a Manual override for the refund, keeping the product and my money. I have spent hours and hours a day trying to get one single competent supervisor on the call to fix this issue. They took my money and the product! I never ever got refunded. I have recorded conversations, receipts, emails to verify every single word of this note! Order 1979440230 marble table owed 546.40. Over a month now no resolution despite my credit card company telling them there has been no credit, fraud department confirming it as well, online bank statements confirming no credit issued. Return was approved by a supervisor as it was a replacement item and cleared for return without ever refunding me! Just sucks.

1) phone. Hold times are 10-30 minutes, u less you need the Serta team than it's 3-5 hours.
2) lack of customer care in store
3) pick up order- associates look at you wait for 3-8 minutes in the club area. Apparently only 1 guy in the whole store that also does the shopping is allowed to check us out.
4) besides the long hold times, they can't really help on the phone- at anything.
5) once on the chat customer service the experience was so bad, I said maybe I need a membership else where (I wish there was) and they told me, "if you feel you need to cancel please do". And there was no profanity, insults, or the like coming from me.
6) they do not get 1 star because they do have some of the better deals in town.

I joined during a promotion where u join for for 45.00 and get 45.00 credit in groceries. I've gone 3 times each time they promise it'll come of my next visit. That doesn't make sense. I confronted the sign up desk who apologized after confirming I never received the credit and offered to cancel my membership fee. I should have known. The credit never went back on my debit. They all lie and steal. I dare management to contact me to solve this. So now I have to drive out there again to try to correct their thieving practices.

We placed an order and received boxes containing the wrong parts to assemble our trampoline. After waiting weeks for the item to arrive only to get something that was unusable and multiple calls to customer service, I am still waiting on a refund. I will never order from Sam's Club online again. I'm still waiting on my money and God knows when they will solve this problem

I purchased a king pillow top mattress on 4/19/20 and did not receive until 6/5/20. I ended up speaking with SEVENTEEN (17) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS (reps, supervisors, & escalation depart) during this time. First they tried to deliver soiled oil soaked mattresses (I have the pics to prove it) then they tried to say no one placed my order until 5/27/20, but my bank account showed where it had been deducted on 4/19/20. Both Serta & Sam's supervisors stated that there would be a refund credited to me after mattresses were delivered, it is 6/17/20 and I have not seen a refund! I have contacted Sam's/Serta via email and have called and been placed on several holds for over 45 mins each time to no avail/resolution.
Their customer service & delivery time is horrible. They do not keep their word at all!!
