I made an order on the 2nd of December, and by the 10th it has still not been dispatched, with no notice of why. I contacted them through their online form and had nothing in response, so had to resort to messaging them on twitter multiple times before getting a response. Apparently there was an error in their system effecting lots of people, the delivery came on the 15 and I was refunded for just the delivery. Disappointing customer service, but it was eventually resolved.

Good and reliable company with wonderfully different products.i love the lights and have 2 sets of them. Would be good if they did them with a 100 lights to then only need one plug socket.

Really helpful staff- even when paying as they assisted me in signing up for a loyalty card and obtaining discount. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble- despite the shop being very busy.

Had to return as they arrived faulty, took them back to Paperchase to exchange for the same picture frames but they wanted to charge me full price as I’d got them on 25% off online with Christmas promotion! I said to the lady that makes no sense, am swapping this because the ones you sent me were slightly damaged in both corners want to exchange for the same! Fuming got a refund

The staff are very cheerfull and you know they are there to help with any question you have. It isn't very often I get into a Paperchase store as there isn't one near to where I live but when I do I love looking round all the items on sale. Some things I've never seen in other shops that's what makes Paperchase different.
