M&M practices a very sneaky & deceitful sales tactic by making items appears as though they are in stock. The customer places an order paying for merchandise that M&M does not actually have in stock, and then M&M completely fails to deliver after multiple weeks of waiting. View other feedback and you will see the same complaint.
A company should never sell an item they do not have in stock especially a construction tool parts company where the parts are needed ASAP and not to be delivered in some unknown future date. I will go way out of my way to never to buy from M&M again. Crappy, untrustworthy company. DESERVE NO STARS.

I did 4 stars instead of five because it took 3-4 weeks for part to arrive instead of what they originally told me, 2-3 weeks. It was during the corona virus so I did give them some slack for that. Part was exactly what we needed. Also, I could find no other online or local vendors that had stock on hand of the item needed.

Emailed after 9 days to find out the order status after not hearing anything since initial order. Told they were waiting on restocking from manufacturer. Still waiting 5 days later with no update. Terrible! Planning to cancel if can find another source today.

I ordered 4-9-2020. They charged my card and took my money. I haven't heard from them since.
I emailed them asking when they would ship my order. No response. It's now 5-24-2020.
