I ordered and paid for a babybed (in The Netherlands) at the beginning of March. The delivery was delayed 4 times! It's now the end of May and still the supplier hasn't delivered. On the phone today with customer service I wanted to know when exactly I would receive the bed and demanded half my money back, because my baby boy is growing and has been sleeping in our own bed much longer than necessary while we waited on Mamaloes to deliver. Until now I had been patient, but enough is enough. By now my girlfriend and I had started to call this company "Mamaloser" and "Moneylose".
All I got from customer service was another vague indication (the fourth such indication) of when it might arrive and was even told that the supplier still didn't have the bed in stock.
When I said this was unacceptable and demanded to know why Mamaloes hadn't taken steps to rectify this situation, the girl on the phone just insisted on talking right through me. She didn't even listen to my complaints which I uttered without resorting to swearing or insults. And she shifted all the blame to the supplier, taking 0 responsibility. I immediately cancelled the order entirely. I expect my money back promptly. And believe me, I will share my bad experience with Mamaloser/Moneylose far and wide

Good item and good service

I have been a customer from Mamaloes but after many issues with DHL delivering the items I don’t recommend it. To mention the last ones, I order a kinderwagen that I found that was delivered by DHL but not to me. I found out that was left in the stairs of the building, no one contacted me via mail or phone, luckily was there waiting for me. Last week I did order a baby bed that should arrive next day and I realized that was an issue on DHL website contacted Mamaloe customer support that told me I refuse the order...Demanded to know the name of the person since I was all day waiting and again no one contacted me. Today for my surprise I was told that they received the bed and the refund was made!!! From Mamaloe I got the excuse that the issue was with the delivery company and an email was sent last week to DHL. I need to order a new bed . From my side you just lost a customer.

Be careful of misleading DELIVERY TIME!
I ordered a package on the workday before 22:00 and should receive it the next day, that is what they say during the purchase, under shipment information, and when you receive a confirmation email. However, its end of the 2nd day and I still have not received my order - shame as after trying to contact them I just received cold kind of F*** off emails! Blaming DHL and not trying even to fix the situation. I am very frustrated as I choose them only because of the delivery timing as it was a present. Now I need to go empty-handed or order somewhere else who at least apologize or send a notification about possible delays. Anyway, NEVER WILL USE their “fabulous” service again

Cheap and fast orders

I buy last week buggy and this buggy come with missing parts... i send e mail with photo and there is no reaction from klantenservice ... not good choice

Fast delivery and good quality products.

Ordered gate for the stairs last week, screws are breaking when we put them on walls. Really bad quality, and even in the evening it pops out(breaks in half) itself, we didnt even do it tight, really disappointing.

Mamaloes is really a bunch of people who to try to pull money from you. I order materials (baby toys and baby wear), after 2 months nothing is delivered, and they refuse to payback. I have sent them several letters over a period of two months and just total refusal to recognise the case or to payback, luckily I paid by credit card and I could block it, they send all kind of nonsense via email.
dont ever buy something at Mamaloes. they are not reliable, and they sell rubbish.

Am really glad with services but am waiting for my gifts because l bought alot from you. Please do you have stokke buggy in your shop?
