Brilliant overall performance from a professional company operating under difficult COVID limitations. Of significant impact was our primary agent Dipkesh, who went above and beyond all normal standards to help get our dog from Sydney to Hawaii. His efforts were tremendous and we would not have been able to have our dog shipped without his efforts.

My consultant Dipkesh was amazing to deal with. I had so many questions about the process and options available and he was very patient. Jetpets seemed to have great lines of communication open with the airlines to have up to date information during the COVID crisis. They helped me put together a plan to get my two dogs back to NZ despite a lot of challenges!

My daughter Natalie had planned to send her Border Collie back to Malaysia last year in 2019. After some months of planning, she finally looking into April 2020 as the date of travelling but unfortunately, it delayed due from COVID Pandemic, no animals are allowed to enter Malaysia. After the 4 months, COVID lockdown in Malaysia and finally JetPets were looking into June 2020 as the travelling date. There was some chaos occurred, the result of blood test from Vet Australia took 14 days to delivered due from COVID. The 14 days exceeded the requirement of Immigration Malaysia. No exact SOPs were informed from any parties neither Malaysian authority nor JetPets. My daughter had been the liaison with JetPets personnel Ms Cindy & Ms Jenna. Both had been so helpful. I had my agent in Malaysia in getting the right papers/documents to allow Copper to enter Malaysia without much restriction as it was not the owner fault on the blood result delay. My daughter and I called the Malaysian authority to help in the process and to ease my agent work. My agent Bringlines Resources, Mr Shafiq had been so patient and running around to get Copper's travel document out soonest. I never waste any minute but to wait every minute on my laptop for the Letter of Dispensation from the local authority Department of Veterinary Putrajaya Malaysia. Finally, the letter was issued on 7th July 2020 and we have 14-days to bring Copper out from Melbourne. On the same minute, my daughter immediately forwards the letter to JetPets for flight arrangement. On the same day news of Victoria, New South Wales locking down. My daughter does not waste any time but to drive Copper on a 5-hours drive down to Melbourne as his flight had been scheduled for 9th July 2020 and need to be boarded on 8th July 2020! That was close and chaos and my daughter was panicked worried that she won't be able to get Copper to Melbourne. We just kept our finger cross praying everything will be fine. It took us 3 days for the whole thing. During this time Cindy had been so informative. Copper finally arrived at the Jetpets boarding on the following day on 8th July for a day boarding and preparation for the long 8 hours journey to Malaysia. We are not settled yet because we worried Copper might be frightened of strangers and lonely. We requested Cindy for his picture. A picture of the handsome Copper was emailed to us hours before his flight with the pet handler. According to the handler, he had been a good boy. He boarded MAS Airlines and we waited excitedly although flight a little delay, he arrived at cargo KLIA and Mr Shafiq waited for him. He looked a bit drowsy and blur...i guess must be the long journey and he may be thinking......"where am I now". Arrived at the Animal Quarantine KLIA hotel, he was happy to walk around in his clean airconditioned boarding room. My agent informed me that he is happy on the following day on 10th July 2020 to explore a new environment. I thank JetPet for handled him tactfully and he is safe and my whole family were happy upon his arrival. We will definitely recommend anyone to use JetPets service. But bare in mind that, please make sure your pet is not ill or aggressive or it will be hard for them to handle. Thank you all.

A big thank you to Dipkesh Kumar, our journey started back in February with the purchase of a new puppy and due to travel restriction all our plans came to a grinding halt. Dipkesh was the only person wiling to seek out alternate routes and worked with us to find a solution which was finally achieved on the 28th May.

Dr. Kathy at the Sydney Depot was very friendly and professional and having her own dog in attendance put Winston at ease and made it a lot easier for us to leave him in her care until flight time. Whilst we received feedback during the day it would have been reassuring to have received a final note to say he was safely on the plane and on his way, unfortunately our pets are unable to tell us their feelings.

The Dubai end was always going to be difficult as we knew they could take several hours for customs clearance but he finally after some 5 hours he was delivered to our daughter in very high spirits. We noted on arrival the Adaptil calming collar and his toys that we were advised would be acceptable had either been removed or were not in his cage. If this is airline policy Jetpets need to be aware and not recommend their inclusion. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

2 Large dogs from Brisbane to New Zealand during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Dipkesh is an absolute legend!! Initially we were flying Brisbane to Christchurch. Our Plans came to a standstill when Covid hit. Dipkesh was on the phone with us straight away, he was very professional and caring in a very stressful time and always answered any of our questions and replied quickly to any of our emails. He pulled though for us and we were able to get our fur kids to Auckland. They are now having the time of their life with their grandparents traveling down to the south island in a motor home.
From the Initial quotation to them getting on a plane and ending up in NZ, Jet Pets have been awesome!! All the extra little touches, and care that goes into our pets is fantastic. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Dipkesh From Jet Pets assisted me after being let down by another pet moving company in moving my two dogs and one cat from Melbourne to Auckland during Covid-19 - a very challenging task. It was completed with ease and my pets arrived in Auckland - safe, healthy and happy! I was updated along the way and Jet Pets delivered on the service they promised. Thanks again! I would refer any of my family and friends to Jet Pets.

We've now used Jetpets twice for our two Airedale Terriers. We moved them to Australia from NZ and then back again after our 15 months in Australia. Each time they were extremely professional and showed real care for the pups. Especially transporting from Aus to NZ during the Covid pandemic with the airlines cancelling flights and not taking pets, they worked extremely hard to get our pups home. I would not hesitate to use Jetpets again.

We could not recommend Danielle and the team at JetPets any higher -- they have been amazing in helping to ship our two dogs and two cats from Canberra to Washington DC in February 2020. Our move was complicated because the animals couldn't join us here until we found a house, so they had to be looked after in a combination of friends' houses and boarding. Additionally, we had to amend our booking multiple times, but every time we spoke with Danielle and the team, they were patient, friendly and efficient. When it came to departure date, we were kept informed of our pets' progress all the way from Australia to the US, and they were delivered to our door. We then had the team follow up with us personally to check all the animals were okay. They were clearly invested in the outcome and we really appreciated that. Thank you so much to JetPets for getting our family members to us safely, and for being a beautiful team of people to work with.

Bottom line, seems like a scam. First, it's unclear how they insert themselves into the process, as you drop the pet to the airport, the airline does the flying part, and you collect the pet. No sedation for your super anxious pet, no extra care.

Critically, took money, did not deliver 'service'. Phones don't work, no messaging, complete radio silence. No correspondence regarding management of travel.

Booked pet to travel from Launceston to Brisbane, tried to get info and confirmation in lead up to flight via phone and email - radio silence. Turn up to airport at 5am - no staff, unresponsive to calls.

Um yeah, just book through Qantas. $200 more, but one assumes that it will actually do what it says on the tin: deliver the pet. Don't presume that the pet will be any better cared for than if you organised yourself.

We planned to return to NZ from Australia well before CV19, but of course it all rolled out right in the time frame that we were moving.
After 4 flight changes for our 2 Burmese boys, and 6 flight changes for my wife, Jetpets got us there in the end.

Perth to London via Sydney during travel restrictions.
We had 2 flight cancellations from Perth and jet pet staff, in particular Angus in Perth and Dipkesh in Melbourne, worked tirelessly to get my Westie Angus a flight from Perth to Sydney in order for him to proceed to London. Jetpets kept me informed from start to finish each time Angus boarded a flight etc. His journey took 4 days and could not have been accomplished without the efficiency of Jetpets. The paperwork was faultless, thus facilitating a speedy transition through the animal reception centre at Heathrow.

Kate & Kaye were both fantastic to deal with, very responsive, professional. Kaye did an exceptional job getting our dog on the last flights to Singapore after mass cancellations with COVID-19. We would have been completely stuck if it wasn't for her. We are extremely grateful for their genuine care.

I have no hesitation in recommending Jetpets for any pet travel. This is the second time they have helped get my dogs(3) from Australia to the UK. I contacted them as soon as I was sure I would be moving back to the UK, well in advance of doing so. They were very tolerant of my unknown departure date. Everyone I contacted, by phone or email was pleasant and helpful, and quickly sorted out a couple of problems. The vet and staff at their Brisbane drop off suite were great. The vet put the two youngsters at their ease while checking them over, my older dog had done it before and was laid back. Nice that the person who exercised them let me know how they behaved and sent a photo. The dogs arrived fit and ready to go. Thanks to all at Jetpets.

My experience with Jetpets was amazing. I dealt with Kate Bradley she made the whole process stress free, she answered my thousands of questions and assured me my two furr babies would be okay. The portal was really easy to use and a great tool to track what needed to be done before their flight. The mobile vet that came to our apartment was very thorough and quick. The pick up service was amazing and made everything so easy. I even received photo updates of the kitties before their flight. Our cats arrived safely and are now enjoying their lives in NZ. Jetpets were very competent. They knew everything there was to know about importing a dog to Australia. And there is A LOT you must know.
They could answer every question and they really put my mind at ease.

They made the whole process simple and easy by giving me step by step, detailed instructions and made sure that I was doing everything correctly along the way.

Jetpets in Melbourne, Australia (and their partner Pet Express in California in the US) were given given the challenge of transporting my nearly 11 year old miniature schnauzer Max who has been diagnosed with diabetes only 8 week prior to scheduled travel. In consultation with my vet, Jetpets came up with a transportation plan stylised for Max to ensure he arrived safely and healthy. From the communications with Emily in the office in Melbourne - to the quality in-home vet visits for vaccinations and health checks - to filing all customs and immigration paperwork - to care of the dog when the flight was delayed by nearly three hours - to working with their partner in the US to expedite the customs process and return him to their office so Max could get his much-needed medicine as quickly as possible - everything was first-class. I would highly, highly recommend using Jetpets for your pet transportation needs!!!

We relocated our dog from Melbourne to London. I couldn't recommend Jetpets highly enough, they made the process so easy and stress-free.

I can or million percent recommend jetpets. My consultant Dipkesh has gone above and beyond for us. Even with a LOT of difficulties which were completely out of jetpets hands they did everything they could to reunite us all again. A million times thanks!

I relocated from Melbourne to Manchester recently and jetpets organised everything for my brock to join me. Brock has bad separation anxiety and is still a pup so this long flight really had me nervous especially since he was doing it on his own! I couldn't be happier with the service and care they provided from day 1, organising home vet visits, doing all the paperwork and most I.importantly got my furbaby across the world safe and sound. He arrived happy and healthy and I'm sure if he could talk he would let me know about all the love he got from the jetpets crew on his big journey!

We engaged Jet Pets to organise the move of our lovely new GSD from Canberra to our home in South-East Asia. Dipkesh was the assigned consultant who worked with us. Jet Pets and Dipkesh were simply superb. Dipkesh was available at all times to answer our questions and when the day of the move came, Dipkesh, the pet handlers in Jet Pets' Melbourne facility and the agents they worked with to deliver our pet to our home kept us posted at every step. It was such a positive experience and we thank you so much!

Bandit is with my husband in London. But first, I can’t be more happier and thankful to know that he’s healthy and alive.

He was full of energy and so happy to see my husband yesterday at Heathrow, he cried with happiness that he was reunited with family again. He’s so happy and running around our London home.
He get jet lagged later in the evening and crawled under the blanket as usual. Lol.
I can’t wait to see him later today.

I was so worried about the worse, considering he has never been out of my sight before, thank you so much Jetpets. Thanks for returning my hope.

My puppy was great conditions when she arrived in Korea and backed normal conditions just next day.
She is very happy with family in Korea now.
