This place was recommended to me by a friend, but will no longer utilize. Boarded my dog here for 2 nights (vaccinated) and came back with cold. I was so disappointed so that goodness I was able to take him to the vert immediately after picking him up. If you still decide to use their service, I encourage you to tour the space so you know what you are actually getting.

I think they are constantly understaffed. I have visited twice here with a friend who sends her pet here. Both the times I noticed that many dogs were unsupervised. Though they were in an enclosed area but I think they should be supervised so that they don't harm each other.

When you have so many pets in one place, you expect a mess. These people are not prompt about cleaning up the mess. Thrice in a month, I have noticed a stench here.
