I had a strange experience with Faremart Travels.
The first agent that I had was HORRIBLE, I barely could understand what he said and when he was "trying" to fix my problem, HE HANG UP THE CALL! But then I called them again and Alex was a such a good agent, he was polite and I could understand all that he said. He was able to fix my problem and give me relief for my trip. My advice is to give them some time to answer your call, sometimes you might received a bad agent but if try one more time you might get a better one.

Booked a flight with Faremart. It was a lovely experience throughout except for the booking part. There was a communication lag with their customer service department

I booked my air ticket with Faremart, where all other booking services were charging high fees, I got pretty good discounts by booking a ticket with faremart. The only problem was the customer support staff was too low to attend customers which costed me 4 hours to book 1 ticket.

Great price and great service esp. When airlines continually changing schedules during the Covid pandemic. Faremart Travels was able to ticket flight connections that others were not able to ticket, which allowed us to have all flights on one ticket. Would definitely use Faremart again.

Traveling with faremart was a different experience. Initially, I was facing bit technical issues while making the bookings but reached out for customer support. The representative helped me with the booking and was very polite. As far as deals were concerned, I think the company can give better deals. The offers are not much for different destinations, which left you with minimal routes, or either you will end up compromising with the fares by paying extra. Apart from deals, the overall traveling experience was worth the price as the amenities provided were good. Nice customer service. I will recommend Faremart travel if you are looking for a comfortable and safe travel experience.

Please don't ever do business with Faremart, absolutely a scam. Purchased a ticket to the Philippines last October 2019 and due to covid flight was cancelled. I have been trying to reach them to rebook my flight but the phone number is not a working number anymore.

I thought I was talking to JetBlue representative instead I was talking to faremart representative. They didn't identify the company. And I told him I needed an airline ticket and they charge me $586 just in taxes and fees. Plane ticket was only $200. I asked for itemized breakdown of the $586. They could not do that for me. Nor send the invoice on email. To me this is a scam!

Not needed to pay to change plane ticket, agency not connected to original flight agency Volaris

Visited Volaris to change plane ticket date, I called phone number there and I paid the difference. I realized when I received an email from Volaris but VOlaris said they are not connected and that it was a scam.

Scam and untrusted. I don't know how they got 4 star review. Maybe they use their worker to post fake review like how they do their scam. Fake search result to become top result. Fake pricing and will steal your money by lying about refund your money. Stealing people ID by wanting a copy of your photo ID.
