Not receive goods after payment
I paid 350 euros for i phone 5 to mr louis wang but didn't send my item and didn't refund my money he is a cheater i want my money back is any one can help me i am very disappointed east buys is not a reliable company they are make fool all over there

Pay for iphone, did not receive goods
I bought 2 i phone5 from Mr Louis w .After i paid for it $US350 he wanted me to send more money .Hi said that order have to be minimum US650. and i have to send to him $300us more..He said that he will give me my money back,after 1 month,but has been more then a month and he do not want give my money back.and don't want to sent me iphone5 neither. What can i do
