Do NOT use this company. Honestly they are scammers. I downloaded a CV for £0.90 and was charged £29.90. I cancelled within 7 days and they would not refund me.
Normally you can see that you will be charged if you don’t cancel but there was NOTHING mentioned about this when I signed up.
I thought their templates were good but it wasn’t editable in the way I wanted.
A stonewall response from the company who refused to engage and said their terms are on their website. This is absolutely untrue.
AVOID and report to whoever you can.

Absolutely 100% spam!!! I went agree for 0.90p. They deducted 29.90£ two months continuously! Just contacted my bank to stop this rubbish payment! Somebody should take responsibility for that!!!😡

An absolute SCAM, do not use. Says it's free initially, then asks you for 90p then deducted 99p and £29.90 from account. Not only that but you cant even download the cv .

Paid £0.90 for a CV to in-fact be charged one transaction of 90p plus then a transaction of £29.90 what a JOKE!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! spoken to bank and they can cancel future payments but they can not refund money back asap. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Can't believe I fell for this too. Outrageous especially with times being as hard as they are at the moment. I should have known better. Contacted the bank but they said I need to wait for them to take the money before raising a dispute. Feel really cheated and scammed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I've reported ExpressCV to action fraud. Crime reference: NFRC200503622943. If you are having the same experience as me, I'd suggest you do the same. I entered my details in thinking that I was paying a one off payment of 90p for a CV template. Two days later they are taking £29 out of my bank. When you call your bank they won't treat this as fraud because you have given them your details. ExpressCV have taken money that I didn't authorise. THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUDULENT. They obviously know the loopholes in the law, I hope whoever created this website gets what is coming to them. Karma works in mysterious ways!

Biggest scam out there! used the services once and get charged £0.90 for downloading ONE cv. I then send an email to the customer services team and the responses are inconclusive, no definitive answers being given; just political phrases used to sugarcoat the fact you're being SCAMMED. I have been billed for three months now, after sending an email in January stating I wish to cancel my subscription. I have been charged for three months. coming to near £90. It's not only until today on the 24th of April, but I also get a response with a cancellation form which is not possible to fill out through PC devices. Now I have been in contact for over 3 months, and it's only taken until now... unbelievable. I expect to be reimbursed for the full amount, zero exceptions. There is also no contact number for this company. I have contact their team and they are no use. Can anyone help me in trying to get back my money please, as this scam of an operation should pay for their actions.

Should be zero stars. Daylight robbery. As it seems is the norm with this company they have charged me 29.90 for a 90p CV. Have sent 2 nicely worded emails to them but looking at other reviews on this site it would seem I wont be getting a refund anytime soon. At a time when money is tight and resources are limited I seriously hope the owners of this scam ridden company get a nice dose of Covid19. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING THIS COMPANY OFFER.

I’ve never used this service, they do not have a cancel subscription option on their page,
They have taken a 29.90 for the last 4 months without my permission and there is no way of cancelling. They will write on this review saying it is for the wrong site, it’s not true they just lie.
It’s terrible to think people who are looking for job help are being robbed £30 a month by a company with no support DO NOT USE, I wish I had read trust pilot first.

If I can give minus star I would ! They are thief ! They are charging u 29.90 without inform you with the reason of after 7 days free trial ! Anyway ! When I saw it I emailed them straight away to cancel everything ! Guess what ? They didn’t cancel and they charged me again ! They don’t even have a contact number only email! Very disappointed. Be aware and stay away from this ! Shame on you !!!!!
