Very pleased with the quality of the Lovespoon purchased

Very poor experience. Going backwards one forewards on failure to deliver from U.K. To Germany. Have now had to re-state delivery address. Called three times, told item had been dispatched but dispatch link does not show that the item has been progressed. They say they have dispatched. Email back unsympathetic and stating we have only called once. Gave given them ample opportunity to take responsibility for non-delivery. Would avoid at all costs!

Excellent service. I ordered a personalised love spoon and received it the next day

An absolute disgrace. The wrong shirt sent but I accepted it as it was similar, then a hole developed in the seam first time of wearing, and despite 3 emails (with photographs) to them I've had no response.

After threatening with further action I was asked to send the shirt back, which I did on the 22nd. It's now the 30th and, despite a reminder, no refund.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
