I ordered an expensive bottle of fragrance to be gift wrapped in gold with custom made ribbon to be delivered for a birthday present. I gave the shipping address and a billing address. The perfume arrived but was not gift wrapped at all, just in a cardboard box and to add insult to injury the receipt was sent with it!!!!! Could you get anything else wrong? Will never use again. When I telephoned was told they would refund me the wrapping cost and send a free sample of perfume.....didn't receive a thing. Take your money elsewhwre

The twomstaff were friendly and helpful, There was no one else in the shop so I had their undivided attention.
I was looking for Kouros as i had read somewhere i t was being discontinued, and i have used it for years. Your staff didnt appear to know anything about its being discontinued, and as the price was competitive i bought some.
