Bought these for my mother's 100th birthday.

Only disappointment was flowers were a day late. Received text saying flowers were with the courier and out for delivery. Yet did not arrive for another 24 hrs.

Easy to order and was able to use a voucher but very disappointed about the amount of flowers for the price even with some money knocked off. Some of the flowers have yet to open and they are a week old today. The flowers were also just left on the step with no note pushed through to say that they had arrived. It was a neighbour from across the road who saw them in the box and rang my mum to let her know or they would have been there for days. It was an awful day with pouring rain and the box was wet.

Whilst the original order for our wedding anniversary was not delivered as requested. I contacted you the person replying suggested a new delivery date and the flowers arrived correctly on my wife's birthday. They have been a great success and lasted longer than others that arrived from your competitors by at least a week.

Excellent service particularly as there was an early order “hiccup” entirely my fault, which they sorted out smoothly and with good grace. Love their communication through the process and a very thoughtful and smart e mail arrives once the flowers are delivered. Just a bit different in style and imaginative flower descriptions. For example I chose “ Floral Ratatouille” which my friend who received it said is fabulous, beautiful bold colour combinations. Serenata are a breath of fresh air in a mundane industry where normally long distance deliveries are just a bit “ordinary”. Will definitely use again !!
