First time buying with this brand, and will be probably be my last.
The quality and the fit is quite bad. The product looked different than on the website, even the colour.
And you have to pay to purchase and to return too?! About 8£ on shipping and returning, for a very low quality product.

So I was quite skeptical regarding this website. It is shopify-based, there is only email listed for Contact, however I must admit I was wrong. The delivery was super fast, although I'm not in the UK (still in the EU though) and I thought that it would take at least 10 working days to come to me, having in mind that there are delivery delays due to the impact of Covid - 19, and what a surprise it was to receive my order only 5 days after making the purchase. As for the products - every peace I ordered was neatly packed and everything is and looks like as on the images posted on the website. The size is also correct, which is a big plus in my book. So overall I'm really pleased with this website. I will order again and I do recommend it. I hope Playful Promises will keep up the good work.

I actually really love this shop. Sexy and beautiful underwear for big sizes, that you mostly can't find in stores.
BUT as we know, it's really pricey to shop there, and one of my bras that I just had a couple days had ripped. This is NOT what I expect in a bra for 60 bugs. The customer service says they write back in 3 days, well it has been over a week now, and I'm afraid, that they will not give me a new one because the 14 days for returning the item were over two days ago.
So apparently I'm stuck with a bra I can't wear, with a brief can't wear with anything, so maybe 80 bugs just flew down the toilet. Very sad about that.

Playful promises replied on this review as you can see and requested more info from my order, haven't heard from them since...

Playful promises replied to my email that I sent to the customer service and they sent out a new bra!
So it took a week for them to reply after I sent two emails, but i don't know, if it would have taken longer, if they hadn't seen my review. So 48h as said here or 3 days as said in the FAQ on the website were not true.

Very beautiful lingerie and a really wide range of styles and sizes. My order was messed up with the incorrect item sent to me. I emailed customer service and they were brilliant and very friendly. They tried to send me the original item I ordered but the warehouse sent me the wrong thing again. Waiting on to hear back with what's going on but again, customer service gave a quick and friendly response. Only other issue is that I ordered a pair of knickers and they tore on the side within a day. They were also not sown properly to the waist band so the material was already creating loose threads. Not the best quality with that, but everything else that arrived is excellent.

Epic!! Thank you so much Playful Promises xxx Purchased a new suspender belt, a girl can't have too many after all, plus an enamel pin for my jacket - easy online purchase & checkout system on the Playful Promises website - simples! But then it's over to Hermes to screw up yet another delivery - Point A to Point B - yay!!! No, Hermes lost the package! After following them on Instagram for a while and thinking that I could never pull this lingerie off, I saw a Gabi Fresh x PP bra on sale and decided to give it a go. They didn’t have my cup so I went for a size down, and although slightly overflowing, it automatically became my favourite bra. I felt sexy and attractive, and the bra was so comfortable that I had to buy another set.
This time I went for the Felicity Hayward Self Love set (briefs in the UK site and bra in the Australian because the UK didn’t have my size and I was determined!)
Briefs arrived about two weeks ago and the bra just now in the post. I write this while wearing it, I don’t think I have ever felt this sexy in my life before! It’s an expensive brand but you definitely get what you pay for, and what this has done for my self esteem is honestly priceless.

I saw their ad on Instagram and then shopped at their AU website. Paid $10AUD for standard shipping to NZ. It says it’d take 3-5 days, however, 5 days after I received the item shipped email, there’s still no tracking information for the items I ordered. Customer service was very useless, they didn’t even read my email but just replied to me with a link with no tracking info. Tried to contact them on Instagram, no reply.
I will wait for some more days to see if I can receive my order or get my money back. I’m quite disappointed and won’t shop again.
------------Update----------------------------------
After I contacted Anna, I got my $10 shipping fee back as "their apology" (thank you but I'd be happier to receive my order...) Customer service emailed me again the next day said they would contact the warehouse and find out what was going on, but I haven't heard back from them. And still, no tracking info available on my end. I have requested a refund since I have waited double the time and got nothing. (I don't think the warehouse actually shipped anything.)

So NZ rn is experiencing a historical moment of level 4 emergency lockdown, started 26/Mar. I hope everyone is fine. Anyways, after I did my last update on trustpilot, PP got back to me and saying my parcel was delayed by the lockdown (I’m not buying it) and they haven’t yet found out why there was no tracking information. My question is, lockdown started yesterday midnight (26/Mar) while my parcel left your warehouse on (16/Mar), it’s said it should take up to 5 days to arrive, which means I should have got it by 23/Mar. But why haven’t I received it, or even seen it scanned by courier yet? I don’t understand, really. And I know courier before lockdown was operating normally and I was still receiving parcels. To be honest, I think I have been very patient that I have been emailing PP and trying to find out what exactly was going on. As for the refund request, I think when a customer pays, he deserves to get what he paid for, otherwise he can request a refund, that’s fair.
I will update again.

So half a month after my order, I finally received the items. Thanks Anna for keeping me up to date all the time.

Good quality lingerie, generous sizing and nice material. However, they do charge a premium cost for delivery and the courier is Hermes which is notoriously unreliable. They really need to make their delivery cheaper to match the level of service Hermes provides; my parcel was marked as returning to sender after it had just been dispatched then it arrived without any update. Customer service at PP didn't really check the tracking and sent a template response when I emailed them in confusion. Really need to change delivery company.

I purchased during the sales back in late December (placing my order on Christmas day to be exact). I was told that delivery to an AU address would be 3-4 business days with the standard delivery, which gave me plenty of time in between receiving my items and a photoshoot I was scheduled to attend on January 11th (in which I would wear my new items). I never received it until today (28.01.2020).
Originally, PP had run out of stock of one of my chosen items but failed to notify me until much later, so the rest of my order was still sitting in the warehouse. Had I not notified them of the delay (on 08.01.2020) in receiving my items, they probably would not have noticed. Because of this, I had to choose a different item and PP refunded the difference.
I then sent a follow up email over a week as my order still hadn't arrived. Again, it was still sitting in the warehouse, waiting to be shipped. I received an email back from PP stating that it had been dispatched and I received tracking information from Australia Post.
Today (28.01.2020) I received my order, however 2 of my items were missing. One of which was the item I had swapped out originally. I am yet to hear back from PP support but I am extremely dissatisfied by their customer service and will never shop there again.

Like others here, I made a large order and chose next day delivery at checkout, paying extra. Its been ten days now and I have heard nothing and received nothing.
I've chased via email twice, no reply.
Its totally unacceptable to offer next day delivery when not possible, and pretty gauling to be told that right at the bottom of the page the t&cs inform you that next day delivery isn't available on sale items. Why offer it then?
I've been a loyal customer for years, spending hundreds of pounds with them. I won't bother again, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a while. Sort yourselves out. This is not how to run a business.

Payed for next day delivery and I still not receive my parcel.
I ordered some goodies on the 21st of December,I didn't have any info about shipping.I also contacted customer service but no one came back to me.
I really love the bras and lingerie especially from a small company but I think you should hire more people to avoid this type of inconvenience.
