Quick service - and quick refund. I bought a DVBt - 210 TV stick. I spent hours trying to make it work. Both people I spoke to at iDaffodil did not know the product. They did not tell me that their Helpline was PREMIUM RATE. By email they told me that they would refund the cost of postage if the device was faulty (£4). I received the refund promptly but no communication and no postage refund. However I spent more on their PREMIUM RATE number than the cost of the item. A bad experience all round.
