It was my first ever purchase from Beyond Television . Taken a while to decide but found the most suitable fridge freezer which works perfectly . The customer service and delivery team was efficant and helpful , fast and covid safe delivery .

Great service all round. My American Style Fridge freezer was competitively priced and once ordered was delivered within 2 days. Excellent delivery service too and Customer Services were very professional and efficient in responding to my initial delivery request and questions (Kerry) and again on a warranty question I had after delivery (Anji).

Terrible service. Nerver buy anything from this site again. I spent 1000 pounds from this website but they never sent me a confirmation letter. The reason why I bought my TV from this company because they promised about 4% cash back but then they denied it when the purchase done. Dont call me again to ask me change my review.

Placing the order was easy and the TV is as advertised we are very pleased with it
However, I have to express disappointment in the delivery process as delivery was to be a tuesday but actually arrived on the Friday with no communication until the day of delivery - I realise this may be to do with the delivery company

Good price for the Samsung washer I bought. When I phoned the sellers, Reliant TV, with questions, I was greeted by very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Delivery was exactly as they promised and very efficiently achieved. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I recently purchased a TV from Beyond Television. The website was a joy to use and subsequent communication excellent. The TV was delivered as promised in perfect condition. It was also the cheapest price beating competitors by 10%.
I was going to buy from ao.com but trying to price match was a hugely frustrating painful process....so many barriers. I wish I had just gone to Beyond Television first. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I had slight difficulties with the delivery company - and Beyond Television's Customer Service could not have been more professional and helpful. On this alone I'd give them 5 stars - but they also provided a premium product quickly and at a rate that no one else could beat. Highly recommended.

I was advised that, on the day before delivery, I would be given a two hour delivery slot and then a thirty minute call before delivery would take place. Neither of these things happened. That did not matter to me but might have been a nuisance for some customers.
Had it not been for that, I could have given five stars for my excellent service from Beyond Television and the deliverymen.

Had an expert and very helpful purchasing experience over the phone with John Askew.
Also got a good deal with a slightly upgraded model OLED TV at a discount from list price.
The TV was delivered promptly at the time the courier had advised and in perfectly undamaged packing.
I was able to install the TV and get it going quite quickly. The only slight problem was trying to use the paper User Guide in contrast to the phenomenal and varied capabilities of the TV. After a few days of struggling on my own, I then contacted LG Customer support. The excellent agent there (Raymond) patiently talked me through the whole set up and capabilities of the TV and was prepared to return to help further if called upon.
I am delighted with the TV and the excellent supply and support service
