This company is horrible at follow-up. Weeks of missed demos, non-responses and lack of follow-through. How can you possibly learn about the product with this type of service. Why would you even want this service if this is the customer service experience.
9/25/18 - response to Hillary- Jeff is well aware of my info and I have the emails to prove it. I reached out to him, and he asked for my availability and I responded and still have not heard back from him. The same with the original demo. He claimed he didn't have my number in an email. At that point I was already trying out Hum since the response was so delayed. I didn't like Hum so I reached back out to him and as I personally stated, he asked my availability, I gave it and never heard back.

Found it very easy to use; plug n play. Has many useful attributes. I personally like the diegnostic capabilities. Very useful when you deal with people who don’t tell you anything is wrong until the freakin’ wheels are about to fall off! Like being able to fix things when you’re supposed to, rather than when you have to!

I have had Zubie for several years now. At the beginning they were very good to work with and great customer service.but now I find it difficult to talk with folks there and have not had a great success with using email. The last time I was up for renewal for both units they would not offer any discounts so I ended up purchasing two new units from Amazon.com. I did have some issues of the service for tracking, etc not being up to par so at this point I have removed the units and with renewal soon upon me I am not planning to renew my account/

I love this application it has let me know when things were wrong with my car I am able to track it and keep up with updates easy and customer service is quick to reply to any questions or problems I have had

I use this for my personal vehicle. I like to be able to track my mileage and know where my car is at all times. Warnings about speeding and braking help me modify my driving habits a bit too. And I have a history of where my car has been at all times.

I conducted the test pilot with a Zubie GPS device during the summer of 2016 using one of my company's Sodexo Facilities Maintenance vehicle. The test went very well and we were pleased with the results and information that the Zubie GPS device provided us.

It constantly goes off line because there is something wrong with the chip. The solution is not to send one that works, but to tell you to remove the sd card and put it back in every time.

The unit started out working most of the time and after the first 14 months it was less reliable. I called to see what could be done. Without my prior knowledge or consent, or discussion Zubie turned off the existing unit and I had to wait over a week to receive the replacement. Zubie would not send the replacement without discounting the service to the existing unit. Nothing was offered during this downtime for this inconvenience. Seems to me they could have shipped the new, when received they could have activated the new replacement unit then deactivated the old unit. So, in summary the service can be spotty and the customer service seems to all about making it easier on Zubie and not the customer.

When my older son first got his license (16 1/2 yrs old) his mom and I were really worried that he would speed and go places he should not be going.
The idea of tracking his location and driving with Zubie was great and for the first year we had a terrific deal. However, when it came time to renew, the subscription price seemed high compared to apps that we can have on the smartphones that let us track location and speed for the whole family. So we did not renew. Yes we are missing out on car diagnostic alerts but that seems like a minor tradeoff.

Zubie is a great way to monitor your kids driving without having to text and call all the time. We have had it on our daughter's car for about 1 1/2 years. Works great!

Love the service but do not trust Zubie they have a bait and switch approach to their pricing. We'll see when we go to renew how they handle it and I will update my review at that time. There are still several bugs in the software that have not been addressed. For the price it is an excellent value but concerned about future pricing.

A must have for parents of teenage drivers or managers of a fleet. zubie has saved us hundreds of dollars in repair costs. Unscrupulous repair shop tried to up charge us for the engine light.
