They dont know what they are doing and seem to make the customers more miserable by imposing stupid compliance rules. Never again!

An average software with higher pricing options. I have tried their free trial and it has not impressed me.

Zoho is over-engineered, clunky and slow, and prone to continuous crashes. It has been designed by people who know computers but don't know people. They have no idea how people work, how our minds work, and what we therefore want from a CRM.
Put simply, a salesperson needs a handful of stepping stones to span a small stream. Zoho gives them the Forth Bridge instead.

Zoho is horrible - worst customer service, shoddy product, constant upselling for very basic features, little to no support at all. Don't bother using them. Please save yourself and go with another CRM service/software.

This is an appalling service and should be avoided at all cost. If I could give them zero stars, it would be too many.
I had a colleague who had an app in Zoho Creator. I did too. He left, I asked to move his account to me. They wouldn't let me without an email from him. I sent an email from his old account. Then I was told I couldn't take the app over as it was an account and two accounts couldn't be in the same name. I wasn't interested in their protocols, I just wanted the app!
Then I tried to transfer the app's structure and data to my name. This resulted in an incomplete app and corrupted data, forcing me to rebuild the app from the start. I bailed at this point.
I could not recommend this service less.

I used the free version for a while, then upgraded to crm plus. there are ALOT of technical glitches. Its been difficult for me to get organized and run my campaign on the platform due to setbacks in the collation of my analytics. The software is sometimes very clumsy and not agile in some respects. However they do have a few good apps that really give me a small sense of what my business is doing but not enough. The biggest, biggest issue is customer service. They are completely tone deaf. Zoho is not a customer focused company, you call, email or chat its horrible. They are not rude, and not focused on providing good service or reconciling issues. They are focused on the platform selling itself, and come up with every excuse not to help ... Its crazy how they are ok with leaving the customer in the lurch. They are a bit argumentative (one time their support team emailed me 3x insisting my credit was returned and it was not), and seem to not grasp inference in their communications. Which contributes to their aloof and inept ability to resolve issues or give the customer the support to be successful with their apps. I expect I will be moving to salesforce next month (after wasting 4months on Zoho). At least Salesforce customer service is accessible and have tons of videos to help get you started. Maybe thats why they are more expensive. Cheap stands for something when it comes to service. Maybe Zoho is more concerned with seeming cheap and lacking quality to try to draw in those of us that are on a tight budget and are wowed with free access. My suggestion do not upgrade.

I cannot believe all the negativity here. I have nothing but praise for Zoho and their support. Not perfect but timely and helpful. The products. Zoho One is the best value for money that ANY business could ask for. I recommend Zoho One to all my clients, especially solopreneurs and startups.

Great Software Package at a incredible price.
If you want to use and implement zoho just search for a certified premium partner from zoho they help you setting up the system and give you support to get easily started.
There is no package on the market which is comparable in terms of product depth and variety, like zoho one.

I wish I never used this site is very rubbish!
I used the online word processor and I wrote very important stuff on it now it is saying log in!
when I log in it says that my password is incorrect and when I make a new password the Zoho team never replies and when I sign up it says that they have the same email address anyway why not log in. I have sent about a dozen emails and no replies!
I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS !
THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SITE EVER!

The sales team looks like are in mood to get clients onboard. In spite of calling them thrice no response. There is no dearth of CRM's and a customer moves on to another. If they are in no mood to engage with smaller companies with lesser workforce, please make your policies clear so that a customer does not waste his/her time calling back.

I have used Zoho One for several years. It is extremely affordable and offers a generous suite of products. Their support is hit or miss. I've had better luck hiring an implementer on Upwork to get everything set up and running smoothly. We use the following products:

After seeing all the negative reviews I thought it was only fair to come here and share my experience but without context it would be worthless.
I started my career as a website developer and soon realised that business owners needed a CRM to support the ever growing market.
I've used everything on offer from Infusionsoft, Active Campaign, Hubspot as well as self hosted versions. (basically anything that you see available from this plugin which I co-founded wpfusion.com)
I would consider Zoho to be the best CRM on the market at the moment for flexability and cost. It's clean but there is a learning curve when you first start and it really helps to get advice from someone who understands it.
I've setup hundreds of CRM systems for clients over the years, wrote a book called Plan Your Website and also founded an Academy which teaches people how to create Online Success, I wouldn't have invested so much time into them if I didn't believe in their product. I think this also qualifies be to write this review from a balanced place having invested over £20,000 in SAAS products over my lifetime.
SOME of the application that are available are not upto the same standard so it's easy to tarnish them with a bad brush.
Some known challenges are:
Zoho Meetings - Call Quality not always HD or stable
Cliq - Has a very bad onboarding process for clients
Projects - Bulk editing is challenging.
Showtime - Does not work well on iphones
Zoho One - integrations between apps sometimes challenging
Sites - not work using (stick to WordPress)
Checkout - limited and feature lacking
Assist - Crashed an imac once that needed repair from Apple.
So yea there are some big challenges
I've generated hundreds of thousands of sales that I wouldn't have without the amazing services like
There are so many things that just work and do so well that if you focus on them and ignore the rest then Zoho is a GREAT cost effective solution.
There will always be people angry because their business isn't working and looking to blame the tools and YES I've been frustrated with Zoho at times but overall for cost - they can't be beaten.

I don't get it. PC Magazine rates it best overall and I can't make heads or tales of it. Way too complex and really hard to learn. Online instructions don't give any examples... WHAT to do, but not WHY.
Customer service has been very responsive but first, I have to work very hard to understand them, and second, every instruction I get from support includes the need to learn three other things that are unique to Zoho, things I need to learn first. Making no progress after weeks of frustration. I'm not brilliant, but am not new to CRM.
If you consider Zoho, get the free version first and try to create a Pipeline or a Lead Score or a Blueprint without having to spend hours watching videos, reading online help or chatting with support (typed or live). My experience with support personnel is that they are very polite, listen and repeat the challenge back to you, but when it comes time for them to give instruction, they often have to look up the information themselves. Further, it takes hard work to understand what they are saying.
I moved over from Infusionsoft because of the cost; I really want to like Zoho. I just can't continue being this frustrated.

This is the worst service I have ever used. Complex, with no useful support or guidance . . . even the people who work there have no idea how to do stuff. Run, don't walk. Use a different system. This stinks!

We have been using Zoho for the past few years - honestly I never write reviews - but I am now sick to death of the complete incompitence of this system. There is a basic expectation that invitations accepted will go into the diary, they do not. I have just been on a call with a client to book some dates in for work, and the diary will not display any entries on my phone or on the computer - it is completely random what it chooses to show! Someone's birthday, but not the days meetings! You cannot search for an event in the diary so you have to go through every day to find something. I am just an end user, I do not deal with the CRM, I am working virtually so just rely on my diary telling me what is happening. I have to check in with my PA every day to make sure. Honestly I have held my tongue for a long time - but today has really sent me over the edge DO NOT DO IT. I am going to push for a change over of systems. Problem is it takes so long to set it all up that once embeded it is a pain to move over - they know this so are not that motivated or bothered to sort it out it seems to me!

It has taken me a good part of the day to sort our blocked email out and 8 hours later, I am no where near getting it resolved.
Have offered to pay the subscription, 'Thomas' from India refused to take payment or to unblock our accounts.
We are unable to access our emails or communicate with our customers.
Avoid like the plague; you will be glad I warned you. The other reviews are accurate. They are simply painful to deal with.

For the past 2 months I have emails not getting to the prospective clients and have lost potential business.
Their service blames our servers, but if that were the case, why is our backup source with GoDaddy working and not theirs.
Poor customer service, and emails not working is detrimental to any business. ZOHO only cares for themselves!

I've been using Zoho for over a month now, and so far I have not seen any of the "issues" with their support as mentioned by other users.
Zoho's primary support team is located in India, which is typical for a lot of companies these days. I have found the support team to be personable, thorough, helpful, and most of all *concerned* to ensure that I'm getting what I need from my subscription. They've helped me with setup, configuration, and found solutions to my key problems.
If you're not willing to work with someone to find solutions, then maybe the problem *isn't* the support team - Zoho's or any other. I've had numerous interactions with Zoho's team (1-2 per week at times) and have yet to come away disappointed.
