THE BEST DELIVERY EVER!!! Considering I am an international customer and received my goods a mere 4 days later even though it was public holidays in my part of the world! And I am half way round the world from Zoeva!! I have used their amazing products before so this amazing delivery is yet another bonus point for them- or 2!!

Wonderful quality products and a wonderful team behind them. I purchased the "MAKEUP ARTIST ZOE BAG | ROSE GOLDEN VOL. 3" at £200.00 and free shipping from Germany (I think). Ordered on Monday and the package arrived on Friday. The makeup bag the brushes came in was slightly scratched, so I contacted them and with no fuss at all they sent me a new one out. 100% recommend over Morphe, Sigma or MAC brushes.

Terrible customer service team! Order was made over three weeks ago and still haven't received it. The company refused to offer refund and kept me wait for the investigation without giving me timeframe for the case. What a joke, I paid 8 dollar shipping fee for waiting more than three weeks and ended up getting nothing!
