Julian was helpful in coming up with a work-around for communicating with candidates after I 'Invite to Apply'. There are times when the default email doesn't work for a particular candidate, but I would like to send them a communication for a similar position. Julian was able to walk me through searching for the candidate by name and location. I would really like to see the ability to tweak the default emails.

Deserves 6 Stars, but sadly Trust Pilot only allows 5 stars!
Chris (Chat/Customer Support) was beyond helpful to me. Patient. Thorough. Corteous. Polished. Gracious. And generous with his time. Being "tech challenged" I find navigating any website or order form to be a real test of my abilities. Chris walked me through everything and as a bonus, made suggestions to how I could get the most benefit from the system.
As a small business person I know the value of hearing when one of my team members falls short of performing the way we'd like. Often overlooked, but equally important is hearing when someone is a great ambassador for your company. Chris fits that description to a "T".

We've had some issues with ZipRecruiter that have taken months and months to get addressed, despite several tickets. We also kept cycling through different account managers, which as a long-term client hasn't been great.
There are some smaller issues as well, such as the fact that candidates are often sent to us under the wrong name. Pretty awkward sending "Hi John!" to a Samantha. Automated resume parsing is pretty hard, though, so I get that.
Overall ZipRecruiter definitely shows a lot of promise.
Today I was helped by CHRIS via chat -- he was able to escalate one of the issues we've been facing, and with any luck it is now resolved! Chris was really great (knowledgeable, quick, courteous, responsive). I was on the fence about switching our team to a different platform, but that changed today. Thanks Chris! 5 stars
