This chair is poorly designed. The first couple of months the bottom of the chair fell apart, several months afterwards the wheel blew out because of it's poor designed. My father contacted customer service only to be told that the wheels were on back order. When I contacted customer service on behalf of my father the rep was rude, and combative.

This chair is the best thing since sliced bread! it arrived as scheduled & was extremely well packaged so no damage. It is easy to operate &
extremally well constructed. Within 30 minutes my wife was driving it around the patio, she is finally regaining her mobility.

The chair if for my father, James, who is 90. He is having a little difficulty with the controls...He can see them well and has not gained the confidence to push buttons by touch. It has only been a week, but if he doesn't warm up to it by Monday, I will need to request a return before the 14 days are up. I will continue to work with him and encourage him. Personally, I really like the chair.

This is a good, lightweight power wheelchair that’s easy to collapse to go in the car and great for distance transportation (mall, walks, museums) but NOT for use around the house. The seat has no padding so not comfortable for long term sitting. You have to use BOTH hands to drive and maneuver so don’t have one free to “do things” or carry things, like you can with a power chair with one arm control. There’s a loud beeper when you back up that’s very obnoxious and certainly not needed in the house and probably not otherwise. Also, there are levers on each side to pull up/down to brake and they are NOT easy to pull up and down so if you have any weakness in your arms or hands, forget it! So: this is great for transportation and great it can collapse easily and lightweight to put in the car. But I’m a big “no” for a disabled person using it around the house and for independent travel. I bought it for use in the house and it was an expensive mistake. A regular wheelchair is better, if you have use of your arms and hands for around the house.

This wonderful chair gave my husband the freedom to move around our condo. Otherwise, he would be just sitting from his wheelchair to his list chair. The wheelchair was too difficult to drive over carpet and his arms and shoulders hurt. He is absolutely thrilled with his Zinger. Thank you so much for creating this chair.
Note to Zingerchair: Because of my health issues, I cannot lift it into the back of our SUV, but other than that, it is fantastic. Also, I'd like to know if there is a way to turn off the reverse beep, beep, beep sound.

return policy is poor.
my husband used his chair1 time, passed and we're 10 days past the return and they will not work with us.
they evidently have more than 1 return policy because at first i was told 14days and when I said she was told 30 days then oh, yes, this was on a 30 day return. so if they have two different returns wouldn't you think they can make an exception for a grieving widow with just 10 days past. when you're in the hospital with a dying loved one return dates are the last of your concerns.

This is a great Power chair for someone that has a problem walking any kind of distance. I am not totally disabled but I have hip & back problems that cause me considerable pain when I walk any kind of distances for instance walking through a Zoo etc. The only reason I did't give it 5 stars is the wheels are not direct drive. The wheels are propelled by a knurled bar from the motor spinning the wheels. This tends to make it hard to move through grass that hasn't been cut short. On hard surfaces this thing is a life saver. Although I don't use it in the house it maneuvers quite well & 10 to 15 degree or so inclines are no problem. This chair is lighter & more portable than most travel scooters. All in all I would recommend this product to anyone with a similar problem.

Have owned a Zinger for about a month now.....
WAY better than my Transformer....
Like both but the Zinger wins....
Fast you feel the wind on your face...
Slow you can use indoor....yes even sharp 90 degree turns...
You really do need both hands and you need to drive it for a while.....
THEN it's easy....and quite powerful....
Fastest lawn chair I've ever had :)

Just received and so far so good. In fact great! Moves so easy around the house and thru doors. That was a major concern as we live in a mobile home. Compact and turns in very small space. Thank you Zinger company. More later :)

Requires a flat, smooth, level surface, or the drive wheel slips and won't transmit power to the wheels of the chair. We found a section of our driveway that's acceptable. Unfortunately, my wife's Parkinson syndrome causes her some confusion in trying to steer the unit. One of our caregivers said "It's just like a riding lawn mower." Not much help if you've never owned a riding lawn mower. We've had it for several months now. Never used it indoors. Maybe will find a use when it's possible to get back outside after the winter ends.
