DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ZIBBY. My ex used my old card to purchased some furniture over a year ago and now I AM getting charged with his things. He tried to remove my card from the account, get the money refunded onto my account and himself add his card to the account but the lady from Zibby said that they will charge money from the account whenever they want and how much ever money they want. WHENEVER AND HOW MUCHE EVER MONEY THEY WANT TO TAKE OUT. But that’s not all!!!! They had my old card number, NOT my new card which I got shortly after my ex and I separated and the lady from Zibby told him that they will dig into the bank account and find out the new number to any new cards!!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD!?! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Now I have to close down my bank account completely because of these morons

These crooks are vultures. They prey on people who are having financial difficulty, and can't get traditional credit approval. They get it both ways, charge a $45.00 fee for (NOTHING!) then charge another 5% over the cost if you pay it off in 90 days. And, if you are really having a hard time, they charge you (DOUBLE!!) over a year. Shameful, this is why the American people hate big business.

My account says I have 2 overdue payments which IS NOT TRUE and it wont let me update info online. This is by far the worst service i have ever used! DO NOT use Zibby! I completely understand why the have 100% bad service.

I leased furniture through zibby against my better judgement. And the reviews that others have left. They are the worst company to deal with. I called to cancel my automatic payments because I was making a lease buyout and the person I spoke with informed me that they were cancelled. My mistake was it getting it in writing. However, Zibby still is taking money out of my account. Which is illegal and unauthorized. And they’re refusing to refund me or respond to my emails that I’ve sent. Customer reps keep hanging up on me. It’s completely unacceptable.

I used zibby through wayfair for a bunkbed and 2 mattresses. I paid on time every due date and was offered payoffs for less then what was owed every new due date. I paid it off before the end and received my full spending limit back instantly. It was not in the early pay off time either that I did that. I really love them for making it easy to get new stuff. I did have 1 time payment was not deducted and my account showed it was late even after I paid- but a 10 minute call with zibby showed main computer was correct and they apologized for wrong info on website. It did not affect any payments in future either.
Just did business with them by getting 4 new tires for my car for way less then tire places want. Thank you zibby.

First off, the arbitration agreement only states you can't take them to court using a jury trial or class action. You can still take them to small claims court when they take your money. You may want to check out the BBB reviews before you let them auto deduct from your bank. You have 90 days to pay it off before your purchase price literally doubles, do not go by the date on the contact, it starts the day you placed your order. You won't see that little tidbit in the contract though. If you return products to the retailer, be sure to pay attention. Zibby will not remove them from your lease unless you call them several times, so you will pay rent on items you don't have. They will tell you that you can't end the lease after a certain period, that is a lie. You can end the lease and return the items at any time. Of course, they will never contact you back with the return instructions. Next, in order to deter you from ending the lease, they will tell you it has to still be in the original package. Another lie, it only has to be in good condition with normal wear and tear. I actually had 4 reps give me an incorrect deadline date for the early payoff option, had I not recorded the conversations, I would have been out 600 bucks. So, record everything, they don't want you to pay it off early. Oh, and you can't change your payment method online, that will require up to a 40 minute hold time for a customer service rep, that's if they answer at all. This is what predatory lending looks like. Stay far, far away from this company.
