Zerorez SWFL (Fort Myers, FL) is the best carpet cleaning company out there! I am annoyed at all the reviews that are posted here. First off, it only says Zerorez, it doesn't specify, LIKE Zerorez LA or Zerorez Jacksonville, etc. When you go to Zerorez official sites, especially to Zerorez SWFL Google Reviews (where you have to verify your identity) or Home Advisor ( they literally called me when I left a review to confirm I was a true customer) you don't see all this awful reviews! Zerorez SWFL has ONLY 5 STARS REVIEWS! So please, don't trust this site! Go to Google reviews where the companies can't pay to have reviews changed or fake accounts can be made.
Anyways, I have used Zerorez here in SWFL and it is the most amazing carpet cleaning company! Super nice people! I had my tile done and a sectional and the cleaning was outstanding! THANK YOU ZEROREZ!

I either need great service or pretty bad service before I leave a review as typically they're just subjective to that individual - and we all know some people that are just never happy. That said I am going to leave a review here because I am just simply disappointed. After all the positive I've heard about Zerorez I expected something better. I did my standard size living room, small hallway and standard staircase. He talked me into another $70 for fiber protection (never mentioned during appointment). He was physically in my house for 20 minutes start to finish. Spraying, cleaning those 3 areas, drying, some deodorizing and this fiber protection. First - really not sure how he got all that done himself in that amount of time, not to mention I never heard him come back to do this fiber protection at all. Finally, my carpet was soaked after he left. There will be no way I can put anything back in there even tomorrow. Having to go purchase extra fans. Last but not least, there was so much over-spray off the carpet inside the bedroom doors and other areas I had to wipe down and clean up myself. I am very disappointed even though the gentleman was very nice. Have no intention to ever use them again.

This carpet service is horrible. I asked for t
The promo instead he charged me double and wanted to charge me additional $50 for a small 5 x 7 area rug. I was going to have him clean a small couch surface literally 30 second job and he wanted to charge me $150. Also they charge you to dump their water. I ended up just getting one room with a charge of $176. This carpet cleaning service is outrageous. Would never recommend. False advertising on that prom they say they offer. Horrible service!!

William D. did our carpets. He was on time and very courtious. He was very thorough and completed the job quickly. I would recommend Zerorez and certainly recommed William as the technician.

We employed ZeroRez Greenville SC to clean the carpets in the home we recently purchased before move in. It had a pet smell so we went with their "organic" product. After clearing the furniture and boxes from the move, we vacuumed the floor and immediately began to have our vacuum clogged with dog hair. We have a huge bag of dog hair and debris as evidence. Their website advertising does not match their results. ZeroRez has done nothing except slow walk the whole process in spite of the involvement by the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't hire them to clean a chicken house.

Zerorez from Pittsburg Pa cleaned my carpets today. Young kid broke my door. Somehow he managed to rip the hinges off my door. He was going to leave my home without telling me what he did. It was quite apparent that I could not close my front door. When questioned about this he flat out and lied and stated he did not know A workman at my neighbors also told me he had came to him asking if he could fix the door he damaged just moments before I discovered the damage. The owners did fix the door however I would never trust this company again. I'm addition the job was done in haste. Will report to BBB

Anthony & Tony cleaned our carpets today. They were cheerful, professional & a pleasure to do business with. They cleaned all areas as I had asked & everything looked great.
When it is time to have carpets cleaned again or any other service, I will be sure to request these two gentlemen.

Oscar came today and cleaned my entire condominium. It was amazing how some dark spots on my carpet disappeared. No chemicals, my condo smells good with a scent of fresh air.
It was a great experience. Oscar did a thorough job and very efficiently. Man thanks,

I usually do not leave reviews, but I am so disappointed with how everything is being handled right now.
I had a technician come out and after being quoted $69 for three rooms, my bill came to $350. I kept trying to figure out how my bill came to so much so I talked to one of the receptionist at Zerorez and she stated that he charged me for shampooing. The technician never told me he was doing extra at all.
The technician even had me pay in cash because he said he can't do debit or credit card. So just a heads up always use card with this company or you will get screwed.
The receptionist told me, I will have a supervisor reach out to you on Monday since they are not in now. I never received a call on Monday so I call today (Thursday the 10th). I asked to speak to a supervisor and I got Jessica.
Jessica was no help at all, she said well you signed the invoice. I told her it never stated shampooing it just said stairs and two rooms.
She then said I can't help, unless you want the technician to come back out and redo the job. I said no I would like a reimbursement, then asked for her boss or the owner since there is no corporate. She said the owner won't be in for a week and a half. Well that's great.
Never using them again.

So, once again the victim of bait and switch. Three rooms $119 is what the ad said. I had ONE room, the master bedroom and also the master closet, that had a total of 7 small spots on it. The technician looked over the area ad then started setting up his hoses and equipment. After the set-up, he then got to the quote. Since my carpet is “wool” it would now be $1.50 per foot for which he gave me a quote for $654. I said no. I asked if he had any leeway to reduce the price and he said he would call his manager and see if there was a promotion code he could apply. First though, he said he needed to pretreat so that his pre-treatment could start soaking in. He came back with a quote of $500. I asked him a simple question: Why so high for one room?? He said that the carpet was wool which required them to use lower pressure and less water. That’s ridiculous and I told him that that comment made no sense. He added that it would also require that the ceiling fan and the AC would have to be on for 4-5 hours. I remarked - “OK, but I do that, not you.” He then went on to say that with the carpet being wool, their liability if something were to go wrong would be much higher to replace the carpet. Hmmm. I relented as I was on my lunch hour and he had already set his equipment up and pre-treated, which of course is all part of their plan. These people are well trained, maybe in carpet cleaning but more so in raising the price. They have it down. Set up the equipment, ask if the carpet is wool, pre-treat, ask if you have previously tried to get the spots up ourselves, all of which will elicit a more expensive response. He also asked if I had more rooms with carpet and I replied “not for y’all.” I have now called two other carpet cleaning companies and told them that the remaining four rooms have wool carpet, no spots and that no pretreating would be necessary. $139-$169 depending on size is what I was quoted. I am fairly sure that this is industry standard practices. Whether it’s wool or synthetic carpet, it seems that whatever you tell them will work against you. I fall for it it every time as many years pass between the need for occasional cleaning. Don’t do it like that. ZeroRez may not leave much residue on your carpet but they certainly leave a mark on customers. Pass on ZeroRez.

If I could put zero stars I would their customer service is horrible. I booked a job for my entire house with a 11 to 2 window at a 1:45 they called me up to say they had To complete an emergency job and that they are not going to be able to make it, instead of calling me up and showing the respect for my time. When I called back to reschedule they told me that they couldn’t book during that hours. As a mother with eight children I don’t have the time to sit around all day and wait for somebody to not show up. I personally would never recommend them

Zerorez said the only appointment time they had available was between 4-7pm. They came at about 5:45. The man came in and immediately started telling me what they couldn't do. He wouldn't move my dining room table, only the chairs. It's a very small table, one that folds down so that only one chair fits on each side. He wouldn't move any of my side tables (next to the couch) said that they were breakable. I told him my husband and I would move the table and side tables, but we would need something to put under the tables when we put them back. He said he had a few. He then asked about pets. When I first called to make the appointment I told them we had pets and I would need pet treatment. They told me that may not be so, and to talk with the person who came to the house to see if I needed it after he saw the carpet. This gentleman immediately started in on a sales pitch about how if we didn't do the pet treatment that the room would smell when he finished. When I asked why, when it doesn't smell now, he just continued to say that
it would smell when he got finished. He then got all upset and went outside to talk with his manager on the phone. My husband went out to talk with him and he refused to come back in and do the carpets. It was the last one of the day and already 6:00 pm by this time. He just wanted to leave and he did.

very poor customer service, i was told I had a 12-3 pm window and when I called after 3 pm I was told the van broke down that morning so they were really going to be late with no estimated ETA, I asked why no one let me know earlier since I took the day off work and was not given a response other than "we will cancel" I recommend you not use this company if you are used to the reliability factor of other companies!

We used the company to clean our kitchen floor grout. All they did was paint over existing grout which started peeling after a few months. Instead of offering to come out and re do, they used their 30 day policy as an excuse. Unacceptable service.

Technicians need to be trained correctly, professionally. I had a newbie tech come out in the east bay and he walked in the house to do the initial inspection with no shoe covers on trucking in mud on the tile and carpet and throw rug. He says well,
“ I’m going to be cleaning the carpet anyway.”
He asked to borrow my restroom then his phone battery was low so he plugged his phone into my outlet. He was very quick to clean but he did go over all the spots I asked him to do over. He was a really nice kid trying to do his best with the cleaning. It just seems they rush right over unless you make sure to point out what stains need to be focused on. I also had to ask him if he has the little plastic coasters to put under my wood furniture legs and he said yea he had some in the truck. At the end he said he didn’t have wifi connection so he asked for my wifi Pascode. He said Zerorez doesn’t give out paper receipts anymore. You’d think the company would provide a phone or wifi connection. As quick as it was for him to clean all my rooms he did a good job and was very polite. I honestly think Zerorez needs to train their technicians with a check list of things you must do and things you must never do!!

If I could this company 1 star I would. I recently gave the Greenville SC Zerorez a 10 X13 hand-tufted Indo-chine art deco style wool rug to clean. They brought it back with a HUGE rip in the middle of the rug. I immediately had the delivery people call their manager who told me that they would try to fix it. It was a new rug! It can't be :fixed"! I was then assured by the manager "Bobby" that they would order me a new rug. There is only 1 10 X 13 rug left at the rug store where I bought this rug and the rug is a custom design only available at that rug store.'Bobby first told me that he had to wait for the owner to return last week. Well, the owners have returned since its now a week later and they have not ordered me the last remaining rug like the one they ruined. I am livid! The rug matches 2 other smaller rugs that I purchased for my home. "Bobby" does not answer my phone calls. I called him yesterday and he finally texted me back telling me he would call me today. Guess what no call back from "Bobby"! I think they are dragging their feet on this so I pay for a new rug and they never pay me for a replacement for the rug they ruined. I will be calling my attorney tomorrow if they don't call me. DO NOT use this company.

I wish I would of read these reviews before we had this company come out. So dissatisfied with "how" they clean the carpet. Yes we had a few pee areas from one of my cats. The areas in questions were very small. All this company does is put HOT water on the carpet. My husband payed them $335!! We have a very small house. I have been fighting with them all day via text and the only thing they are willing to do is come out and address the areas in question with the same way they cleaned it before! They will not do the subsurface clean because we declined it originally as it would of ran about $400 to $500 total! That is just ludicrous!! Worst company EVER!!! BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL RIPOFF!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Let me first say I've used Zerorez without incident and have been very satisfied for over 12 years. Today was not that experience. I had requested a spot clean on a 2x2 area of my brand new carpet for a pet stain. I went over the entire process with the tech and even commented how insane the $157 cost was for such a small area. I clearly told the tech to clean only the affected area since the carpet was less than a week old. The tech heard nothing and sprayed my whole carpet -- furniture and all since it was still in the room. When I asked what he was doing, I only wanted the one, small area he said , 'wait, you don't want me to clean this now?!" I said, yes, you now need to clean the entire carpet but that's not what I agreed upon nor asked for. As a matter of fact, you need to get it up immediately since I have major allergies and my animals are outside in 100 degree heat waiting for you. He left. Yep, the tech up and left my house stinking of spray and my carpet soaking wet. I called the office and they sent another team within an hour who thankfully were way more professional but my whole carpet needed to be cleaned, which I didn't want, furniture all moved, which I didn't want and now need to move back, and charged me full price for the inconvenience of it all. Lost a full days work, my brand new carpet is now drying and the pet smell is still there. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Pet treatment did nothing. Very little time was spent in each room, I don’t feel like they thoroughly cleaned.

My appt was at the end of the day. I don’t know if they used dirty water or what but my white carpet was dark grey when they left. I questioned it but the guy said “Oh it will lighten up when it dries”! Uh - yeah NO! That didn’t happen!! I had to go out and buy a carpet cleaner and clean my living room carpet myself so that my husband wouldn’t kill me when he got home from paying what I paid for them to “clean it”, only for it to be WAY WORSE!! I will NEVER hire or recommend them EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I called to have three rooms cleaned and there was a 119.00 special. When the technician got there he quoted me over $400.00 because of the pet problem. I know I had some pet pee on the floor from my ex-husbands cats but $400+ dollars? It was something like $90.00 per stained area and I had a lot. The technician was not pushy but I was just in shock. What do you do at that point? I wanted my carpets cleaned because I was having a party. I went ahead and did it but I won't call them out again. All the spots in my room came back pretty much within a few weeks, so it looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. I called in another company and the stains never returned, so I'm sticking with them and not Zerorez

worst company ever. avoid them. biggest ripoff. I have a quote for $264.00 when they left it was $1164.00. manager will never call you back, I now have to have my carpets replaced. they are totally ruined. their "special water" is water with a touch of drano. I was charged $60.00 per gallon. yes, they will offer to come back out and attempt to fix it but they will charge you again per the poor kid on the phone from corporate who called to ask why I gave them a zero rating.
