My experience so far has been really positive! Although I've had a few instances where the responses sometimes took very long (over 24 hours), the staff are very understanding and thorough with the support :)

Great service to buy goods from Japan. Their system is really easy to use. Not the fastest and can't use coupons, but for most purchases they're my favourite to use. They pack efficiently so it's neat and with light packaging, but sufficient and protective for more fragile goods like ceramics.

I was looking for a good proxy service to bid on Yahoo auctions, after having a dissapointing experience with another (who at every step kept putting fees on) so I was a little apprehensive about using another. But after reading reviews on ZenMarket I was happy to give them a try. So far its been really good! Their site is well laid out, really clear instructions and upfront costs. I've managed to win an auction with them but unfortunately due to Covid-19 the packages are held up. They've kept me informed of this all along the way and are happy to hold my item until Japan post are able to ship.

I absolutely love ZenMarket.jp. Their selections, prices, customer service and notifications are so easy and customer friendly.I live in a isolated area where there is no shopping mall and of course! Don't have rare stuff from Japan. Once, i have trouble to buy my item, but customer service really help me.

The one stop site for buying products from Japan. Have been using ZenMarket.jp now for over 2 years, and have not looked back. Staff are very friendly and responsive to my messages and requests. Very good and trusted services. I was charged very small amount for arranging local shipping, repackaging with enforced boxes. All my instructions were carried out. I am very pleased that even a very simple query was duly answered. I have used Zenmarket for 5 consignments and each and every one was a very easy and no stress experience.
I was very cautious and unsure whether to entrust large amounts and expensive items to somebody abroad but in this case I am 100% confident about ZenMarket. Very good service with small fee and best foreign exchange rates. My spare money deposit with them was also returned as per my request. Big Thumb Up !!

The title is what this review used to say until ZenMarket came to the rescue and fixed my issue. ZenMarket customer service was amazing. They answered my questions and even reached out to UPS for me to figure out the hold up. I received my item and it was exactly like I ordered in mint condition. Overall, I am very happy with my service and will use again!

I made my first order with Zenmarket in January. I was a bit nervous since this was my first time using a shopping service to purchase something from overseas. ZenMarket was great though, very easy to use and they kept me updated every step of the way which helped ease my mind very quickly.
I was able to get the items I wanted without any problems. They arrived fast and in perfect condition. I'll definitely be using ZenMarket again the next time I want to purchase something from Japan.

The service is good and fairly cheap, but I would prefer if they didn't charge money while awaiting the purchase of an item, or would allow a refund (from the wallet to your card) if the purchase wasn't successful. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied!
