Has failed to deliver item ordered, doesn't answer phone calls after confronting about order. Has now blocked my phone number, in the process of taking legal action against Mr John Ashley sole owner of ZeeVac. After writing the original revue on 22nd August 2018 nothing has changed, made contact at last with John Ashley who assured me all would be fine but uptil now 3rd September still waiting for my product which I paid for in July £390:00, my advice based on my experience is, steer clear of this man and his company Zeevac Ltd or you may regret it.

Like other reviews here I placed an order for pressure/vacum chamber in may payment taken, and recieving a shipping email, after 2 weeks no chamber arrived, Zeevac after many attempts made contact with Zeevac to be advised that it had been dispatched to their distributor in error and would need retesting before being sent out. giving them a week to organise this, I still had not heard anything, on trying to make contact with them I was advised taht due to illness there would be a delay in getting back to me... moving into July I was still having problems making contact with them. I havce now raised a dispute with my credit card company..
Avoid dealing with this company or at least do some research.. a search on Facebook provides some vary worrying information, relating to the safety of the provided products

No problem in ordering, paying and get a thank you for your order mail.
No problem for them to take the agreed amount of £ from your bank.
They claim they have shipped my order, but after more than a month without a track and trace number, or any other proof I have stopped communicating with them (+20 emails) and filled a Freud claim at my bank.
When you contact them (several times) for a track and trace you are being told you are wasting their time, an idiot, and that they dont have the time to service a T&T number when only selling a 250£ pot. I even got a lovely letter saying he only makes 25£ on my order, and his hourly rate is 80£ so I should stop wasting his time asking for a track and trace number or any other proof my parcel was sent.
And yes, you guessed it, I still dont have my order or my money!
I would like to warn all about zeevac.com / VOUTO UK LTD, and please google around a little and you will find other unhappy customers.
