I ordered my glasses Nov. 8 and I still haven't gotten them. I was originally told I would get them before Thanksgiving. After that didn't happened I have been told so many different things. I requested a refund today and they informed me that they could refund my shipping but not the cost of the glasses. The customer service lady told that it wasn't their fault that is was still in China. I told her that I needed my money so I could get glasses. She told me that she couldn't do that. She told me I had to just wait. I would like a refund because of money because I don't have any glasses.

I am very disappointed in Zeelol. I have placed an order on 2/12/2019. Sent several emails to customer care who always give same reply that specs on the way. Todate nothing in hand. I will open a dispute about this if nothing received by next week. I will definitely not use ZEELOL again. They are scams.

If I could give negative stars I would. It's been over a month for 3 pairs of glasses. They dont answer my emails. The tracking information isnt updated. This company must be a scam. I just want my money back so I can get glasses and see .

I wish I had known earlier and did more extensive research before I wasted money ordering from this company. Well lesson learned. Made my order on 20/12/2019 and still waiting for my specs even after the tracking says my shipment was a already delivered. Well like a plague I am going to make sure no one else goes through what I went through. So, am spreading the word. I am really really disappointed

My simple advice is do not order anything from Zeelool. They have blamed everything on the Lunar holiday- even orders placed well before that. No response from customer service but there they are, posting all over Instagram - where most replies from people on there is negative. I believed that the glasses were coming from the US and it wasn’t until after I’d ordered that it became clear, they were coming from China.
My personal opinion is that the glowing reviews on here are simply not true.

I ordered my glasses almost 3 months ago. I want my money back. I talked with someone in customer service they were nice. I am able to track them with the order number....I think that's a scam too.

I love the frames but the prescription is so OFF they gave me a headache after 5 mins. I responded to customer service twice about these lenses with NO response. My lenses were over $100 as they were progressives. Do NOT buy from this company.

Do not purchase from them. The customer service number is no good. I place an order Jan 3 2020 and they keep replying about the Holiday. Ive requested a refund twice. My order was long before the holiday. I’m going to take this issue further. I’ve asked for my money back and no response. FRAUDS. Wish i could do 0 stars.

I waited for over a month to receive my frames. I was under the impression they were coming from San Francisco. Instead, they came here all the way from CHINA! When I did finally receive the frames, they were cheap and plasticky. They felt like something I could have gotten from the local dollar store. Even the glass holders were cheap toy plastic. I had the feeling that someone whipped them up on a 3D printer they have at home. I contacted the company to enquire about the returns and was told it would cost between $10-15 dollars to ship them back. I was given a CHINESE address. I packed them up and took them to the post office where I was told it would cost over $145 to mail! I only paid $65. This is the SECOND company posing as an American company that is actually Chinese I've had to deal with! People research. The only decent thing I got out of this is a lesson learned in researching companies. If you want something American, you're going to have to pay extra for it, but you'll be returned with quality (not cheap junk) and better experience. BUY AMERICAN! DO NOT BE FOOLED!

Hi All , I ordered my glasses on December 20,2019 I was loosing hope as well that I was never going to receive my frames. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share how awesome my glasses are and the quality of the frames I chose were just as good as my $500 frames. There is a notice on the website advising about Chinese New Year. I wish they would ship quicker but I’m happy with the overall product.

Ordered tow pair of glasses that were took months to get here then both pair promptly broke in extremely random places after what I feel like was gentle daily wear. I wasted a ton of money on nice lenses that had really poorly manufactured plastic frames that did not withstand a month of wearing. Still waiting to hear back from their customer service department. I bet I will now.

I have emailed the company again yesterday and still no response.Also, when contact their customer service 1302 990-0619 a message has no agent available to that your call. I tried to call the number yesterday and today and the sam messageThis company has the worst customer service ever. I have emailed more than 6 times about the order status and continue to get an automatic response. I ordered the item 12/31/19 and still have not received the items. I also asked about a refund no response, but the same automatic response. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and shipment information. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing the order. This company is very misleading and deceptive. I will tell other about the bad experience and customer service. I seen where others have reported the fraudulent issue.

I placed an order 12/16/19 with the understanding it was holiday season, today it is 30 days( looking at reviews i see i am not the only one), the tracking tool is never updated, i sent emails, i do get a response within 24 hours, (it's a general message) never any correct updates or information, I called the customer service number (302-990-0619) it would always say, " your wait time is 4 mins" i would wait 5 mins, it would then say there is no one avail reps and hang up, i did get luck and spoke with a Rep by the name of Dave, who indicated the package was in San Francisco and was held up in customs, keep in mind customer service (via email) had been telling me the hold up was due to Holiday, (LIE)... I advised the rep I ordered the frames because i wear classes everyday,(currently at office with tape on my frames), he was sorry for the experience i was having and he would refund me and the frames were still come,the tracking tool has not been updated since 1/03/20, still no frames, DO YOU THINK THIS IS GOOD BUSINESS..THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN UNACCEPTABLE!!, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW BEING SORRY FOR MY EXPERIENCE GETS ME MY FRAMES, I WILL WAIT AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY NOW!!!!

After about 20 emails back and forth with this company, i've had it! I'm so done! they got two of my glasses write and two wrong and they are denying its their fault, so how can this be? I don't know but Zenni.com always gets my glasses right! IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT!

I ordered well over a month ago. I have not received my glasses. I emailed their support team and received no response. Apparently it's Lunar New Year and nobody works during lunar New Year. But according to the website. My order should not have been delayed because I ordered well prior to their Lunar New Year. Seriously??

I emailed you all in regard to my order number, I was advised that if I did not receive an update on my order during the first week of January, then you all would notify clearance to see what’s going on. I have not received an update on my order and would like to know when I should expect it. I placed this order on December 8, 2019 and it’s going on a whole month now that I haven’t received it or any information about it. Please provide me with an update or I will contact the Better Business Bureau as well as PayPal and my lawyer to get a full refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and if this site is a scam, you have scammed the wrong person.

I wish I would have known better. It has now been over a month since I have ordered my frames. Customer service is not helpful. I keep requesting tracking numbers and I keep NOT receiving one. While ordering its stated 14-21 days. I expected that. This has far exceeded that date. I beyond regretful. I am making one last attempt with customer service and that will only be for a refund.
