First of all I would not even alocate 1 star. The company fails in their online sales activity in every sense of it. I have now been trying to resolve my non delivered order for which i paid, for 3 weeks now and moving to nowhere, so will be putting claim through court as the help and my voluntary cooperation takes me nowhere. They claim they have delivered my order and have signature - which they don't. I have been at home on that day that they claim they have delivered and there was even no attemp to do so. They claim that they are not going to refund since they have signature for delivery and when i asked to send me the copy of signature they send me a form with my adress but no signature!? Naturally because I didn't sign, even if they had any scrible that would be evident that it wasn't mine as again there was not even an attempt from dhl to deliver to my address, and i have a proof, as we have RING recording activity. I sent them all the recordings of that day - yet they still refuse to refund, there is no conversation about sending the goods as they are out of stock now. The phone officers just read out standard lines which do not offer any help, not sure why they employ humans as they are not being used beyond repeating standard lines - computer can do that. They refuse to put me to a manager, some kind of joke - i mean shocking for the company they put themselves to. I am a customer with physical evidence that there was no delivery and they are simply ignoring it - in my eyes this is a robbery. They also never respond to anything, no updates on the case, nothing, it's like communication is only one way, and it is from you only. I should not tell how frustrating it is as it is beyond any normal sense but even if you been getting your orders ok, know that if one fails you will be left without your money and any support from them.

SO BAD. I ordered a pair of shorts 2 weeks ago, well they shipped me a sweater. I return the sweater because it was NOT what I ordered and asked if they could please ship me the shorts. Still haven't received my item and they promised me next day shipping. I finally called today and they proceed to tell me that the item is out of stock and has been. I will never order from ZARA again. Customer service wasn't even friendly about it. They told me that at least you get a refund, HAHA funny I said I sure hope I get a refund when I received an item that I DID NOT EVEN ORDER!

Coolest and cutest kids clothes it’s addicting shopping their website! My account has sooo many purchases from them but the minute something goes wrong YOURE ON YOUR OWN ... customer service is HORRIBLE .!

Website doesn't work - not possible to place an order - total waste of time. I don't go to the store in meadowhall anymore as you have to queue for at least half an hour to pay. Some of the stuff I have brought in the past has been badly made - buttons fall off the first time you wear the garment or seams that are not properly sewn.

I made an order with Zara on Friday 6th. This order should have been delivered this Monday (09/09). However, despite receiving several notification emails from Hermes stating that my parcel was on its way, I received nothing. On 8th September, I received one last email from Hermes now informing me that my parcel had been delivered and left in a secure area as there was nobody home. However, I found nothing either by my front door or even with my neighbours. Hermes had simply not delivered anything.
I phoned Zara several times to either get my order or if not possible, get a refund. I was initially informed that Zara had started investigation and was trying to locate my order with Hermes. Finally, on Friday(13/09) morning, one of Zara's officer confirmed to me that I would receive my order the following the same day. To this day, I've received nothing and I've come to the belief that either Hermes or Zara lost my order. Regardless of who is to blame, I want to be refunded. My order was over £100 and I would be terribly displeased if this money went to waste.

Terrible. Bought my child shoes which came apart within a week. Sent it to customer services, they said it’s wear and tear(within 1 week!!!!!) poor quality, customer advisor wasn’t willing to help me, said there’s no one i can speak to, nothing i can do and nothing they can do. Really poor. I’ve spend hundreds of pounds with Zara over the last few months, think I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on....

I love Zara clothes. I think they have their finger on the pulse when it comes to fashion. But it seems to be a requirement of the job to be a complete ars3h0le to work there.
In my entire time shopping in Zara, I've only ever had ONE member of staff greet me with a smile and offer conversation. They all are so so miserable.
And god forbid you should ever have to do an exchange/refund. You've a better chance getting a new kidney than have an exchange/refund go through without any issues. If you don't have a receipt, even if the item is still stocked in store, they refuse to let you exchange which, is absolutely absurd. Do they know it's just a clothes store and they're not guarding the crown jewels??

Bought Textured Weave Jumpsuit in Sept 2019. Nice item except it had manufacturing flaw on left shoulder that was pointed out to me when I first wore it. I tried to exchange it. Good luck. The customer service is the worst of any store I have shopped in. Chat, phone all bad. I just want a return now, and will never shop there again. These people are incompetent, don't care or both. So you get a garbage product and no customer service.

Worst Customer Service Ever!! Period. It took forever for my order to be delivered. The delivery service did not leave the package or any note with further instructions and by the time I realized the package was returned back to Zara. The customer service doesn't is just horrible. They do not care about the business at all.

Shocking customer service.
I ordered two tops from Zara one was too big the other had a dirty mark on it. I jumped through hoops to return the items (they no longer provide a return label which is fine unless you don’t have a printer) and went online to fill in the return form. There were tick box options so I ticked ‘faulty’ for the dirty top as there was no ‘dirty’ option.
Around a week later I got an email to say they had processed my refund, but when I checked my account they had only refunded the cost of one of the tops.
I phoned customer services to query this and they said they didn’t refund one of the items as I’d returned it dirty. I explained that there was no tick box for dirty so I ticked faulty. The customer service representative said they would look into it and contact me within a week to let me know if they would refund me.
In the meantime I ordered a briefcase from Zara as a gift for my husband. I got a text from Hermes saying that the parcel had been delivered but I hadn’t recieved it despite being in all day. I called Zara again to explain the situation and to request they send another briefcase out and they said that they could not help until an investigation had been made into the missing briefcase. They said that as I hadn’t ticked the box requesting a signature on delivery that the parcel was therefore my responsibility from the moment it left their warehouse and if it was lost they would not be liable.
At this point I am £85 down with no products to show for it and Zara were doing everything in their power to avoid taking any responsibility whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have any managers ??? and was told I’d have to wait up to a week for a call back.
I eventually received a refund for the top and luckily for me the Hermes driver came later to deliver the briefcase. Zara never once called me back about either issue. I will never shop with Zara again after the way I was treated.

I purchased some *expensive* boots online and was initially pleased with the free next day delivery option (they were a Birthday treat which I had my eye on for a while). I received an order confirmation email which confirmed delivery would take place on 30th September 2019, however, I did not receive an email to confirm that my order was shipped and therefore no tracking number was provided. As I didn’t want to spend all day waiting in for the delivery and had things scheduled to do I contacted a customer service representative via their online chat function.. she gave me the tracking number and advised that my parcel was being delivered by Hermes (result, or so I thought). Taking matters into my own hands I attempted to track my delivery on the Hermes website to discover that the tracking number I was given by Zara was incorrect, nightmare! So instead this time I called the customer service representatives and was promised that Hermes would be contacted and someone would call me back. 5 hours later and hopping mad by this point I called again but this time spoke to the rudest, most inexperienced customer service representative I have ever spoken to!! Once I had explained my concerns regarding whether delivery would actually be made she became extremely aggressive and told me to ‘stop being so negative’ and ‘remain positive’. Appalled by her attitude I asked to speak to her manager to which she proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes and then tell me all managers were busy! I asked for the managers name and telephone number so I could make a formal complaint, however I was then told ‘I don’t know the managers name’ blatant lies! The girl then said she would add me to a call list for a manager to get back to me.. needless to say this did not happen. So now I have not received my delivery, had no one address my complaint, no manager call back AND I’m £95.00 down on a pair of boots! I will be calling Zara again today to demand a refund. Steer clear, absolute WASTE of time and money.

Terrible customer service. I had delays and wrong products sent resulting in trips to post office, time wasted communicating with them and what do they offer as comp...free delivery (which you get anyway!). For goodness sake, a £5 gift voucher or something to acknowledge your customers poor service! Will never buy from them again. I should have known better than to buy from a cheap company.

Last Thursday I was shopping with my friend at ZARA Oxford street, and when I was trying on a new jacket, my old one was stolen from my baby buggy, I asked the staff if they picked it to the storage by considince, they were too lazy to help, and the next day I called ZARA costumer services to see if they can help or call the branch but they did nothing!!
I come back home with no jacket and it was cold, I couldnt imagine this coud happen to my first and only leather jacket at one of the biggest brand like ZARA.

Just shocking. Item arrived with marks that I didn’t see, returned and not refunded by them because it is in an unsaleable condition. One month of no contact from Zara and still the item has not been returned to me and I’ve not been refunded. Joke of a company

I use to live for Zara jeans, they have torn on me multiple times near the zipper. After one wash, they’re torn. I have given it chance after chance. Also, I’m so over the website. Why is it so complicated. I like to get my daughter shoes and clothes at least but the webpage is like doing Calculus, it’s just too much! Simplicity please....

Buyer Beware. I purchased a jacket in store, which I stumbled across on travels. A week later the lining fell to pieces, this was an obvious stitching fault. What I didn’t know is that while you can return your online purchases by mail, Zara will not do this for store bought items. They require you to return them to a store. My nearest store is a 2 hour 40 minute round trip from my home. They refused to be reasonable and allow normal postal returns, refused to allow me to post direct to the store, and have now stopped communicating with me. They have my money and have sold me shoddy goods. Clearly they don’t give a hoot for any environmental impact created with this absurd policy. I‘ve shopped with Zara for years, alas I’m unlikely to continue.

Zara doesn't know how to give the extra mile to their loyal customers.
No matter how much you supported this brand, how much money you spent or how long you have been a customer when you made one small mistake, Zara is not there to help you.
I accidentally purchased wrong size shoes from Zara store outside my country, you see, I will not be able to return this item until I go back to that country. I contacted Zara to ask if I can return the item in my country or even allow me to have an extended return policy since the only option is to send the item back to the country where I bought the shoes. Zara just said NO to all options and stuck to their policy.
I know policies are there for a reason but they should still have some consideration according to the circumstances.
Unfortunately for Zara, I've has similar issue with companies like Triangl and The White Company, both companies allowed me to have extended return policy because they want to help me and they want me to be happy. Unfortunately, Zara is nowhere near these two companies when it comes to customer service.
Zara deserves to fail!

I did a huge order with @ZARA for same day delivery, they messed up. Only to get a notification for delivery the following day 6 - 10pm as if thats not late enough, the courrier sat in the same location for hours, only to reoprt it and be told an attempt was made at 23:08 🤔. Now when im trying to obtain my order im expected to sit and wait till 10pm, again although i had paid for initial same day delivery and its now three days.

I wanted to exchange a jacket/top that I was was given as a present. I didn't have a gift receipt. The manager was extremely rude, terrible customer service, she didn't want to approach me or sort out my issue. I am now left with my item which is too big.
Don't think I will shop with Zara again. What is happening to this company. Seen so many bad reviews.

I’ve been shopping at Zara for years but won’t shop there anymore. I purchased a blouse three weeks ago and was excited to wear it on a getaway trip with my husband. I discovered, however, that the security tag was not removed. I brought it back to the store but was told they could not remove without receipt. I called my bank who confirmed time and date of purchase and are resending a monthly statement. I spoke with a manager and Zara customer service that said without receipt there is no obligation to remove the security tag. I’m not sure why I’m being punished for their error. I have paid for the item in full. Very disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered 4 items online and as 2 didnt fit I attempted to return them. The instructions on the site when i logged into my account simply said to return for free to any royal mail collection point. The package was bulky and I had to get a bus and when I arrived they said they need a returns label. When I called zara they said i hadn't booked a return (which luckily i had done 2 days ago) but they failed to email me a return label. The lady said it can take up to an hour but I had waited 2 days already. The lady then told me to wait another hour. By which point I was very dissatisfied as I only had half hour left for lunch. The lady was very rude and when I tried to explain that I hadn't had any further instructions to email or online about return process she refused to accept that and said she never had this problem with any customer before. When I asked why the return label isn't displayed online when you booked a return she wasnt able to explain. I will never order online from Zara again.
