I absolutely love ZAPPOS! Have been shopping with them for years. Their shipping speed is lightening fast! They back up their shoe guarantee with a 365 return policy. Additionally, returns are free! You can't really beat that policy. Whenever I purchase the wrong size on a particular shoe, ZAPPOS has a great exchange policy. They will ship you a new shoe immediately and give you some time (I believe 10 days) to return the shoe that doesn't fit.
Furthermore, every time I've contacted their customer service, I've always received the best support, friendly and helpful. Continue to do what you guys are doing and you will have lifelong customers like myself. I am completely satisfied each time I shop here.
Give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed!

I was trying to place an order on their Web site, but was having a very difficult time. So, I gave up and decided to call them instead.
The representative I talked to told me that I would need to create an account first. I asked her why. She said that they don't have guest checkout. I asked her what the reason is that they don't have guest checkout. She said they just don't. Again, I asked her why. Exact same answer. Then I said,"Ma'am, you're not answering my question. Most places have guest checkout. Why is it that Zappos does not?" Guess what--she hung up on me! I think that's only the second time in my life that I've been hung up on by a customer-service representative!
Absolutely pathetic. I ordered my shoes somewhere else.
The next day, I called and asked to speak to a manager. I told her what had happened. She was nice, and said that since they record all their calls, they might be able to find out who hung up on me. But she never asked,"Were you able to complete your order?" or "Can I offer you a coupon to win you back as a customer?" You would think that a manager would know to do this.
Maybe my first-ever experience with Zappos was atypical, but I won't be back.

Talk about good service. Zappos store had exactly what I was looking or. I did not trust online shops but this one proved me otherwise. There was a very wide selection to choose from and I dod not have a hard time. What I bought did not dissapoint me. I will still be checking just to be sure. Anyway I am grateful for the great service.

I like this store of all the stores that I have gone through so far. What I like the ost is how they reply to their customers. They were so frendly with me when I had some questions. At the end of it I got what I wanted at an affordable price and I am glad. Will be seeing them again soon.

I got the shoes, but it was in a plain brown box. Inside the brown box, there's a text that said the original box was replaced because it was damaged during transit. I don't think that's true, because my order was double boxed with a Zappos outer box. I think they didn't have the original box at all. All my double boxed shoes orders elsewhere online have never had a replacement box problem. Buyer beware, If you want shoes with the original box, shop elsewhere.

Amazing customer service. I always thought Zappos was a gimmicky, fishy site but I was wrong after my first order. I wanted to exchange my order a day after I placed my order and customer service did it in just a few minutes. My order also arrived earlier than expected. Really nice customer service asks you about your day and such. Will be ordering more shoes from Zappos.

I have never had any issues that haven't been remedied by Zappos. If I receive anything incorrect or damaged they replace it and that has only been a small handful of time ( I order ALOT). Everyone I talk to is generally very nice and respectful.
They really go out of their way to make your experience great.
When you check out it tells you when you are expected to receive it and it has always arrived on time for me.
If you do return something sometimes they will advance your refund before receiving it. Generally you have to wait until it's received and that can take up to two weeks to see your money. I think that is the only bummer, waiting.

Zappos is special. I have been a customer for many years and have been consistently impressed with their high level of customer service. Over the years, I've reached out to customer service by phone many times and always had a positive experience. Free shipping both ways and a 365 day return policy. Wow! I love shopping from Zappos when I can. The reps are always friendly. The shipping and returns are always free so its no risk shipping especially when shipping for shoes and clothes. Often the shipping is literally overnight which can't be best in most instances.

Zappos employees ruined downtown las vegas and fremont street. It used to be so real and gritty and scary. Bunkhouse used to be full of homeless heroine users everynight but they loved good music. Not its a bunch of fake cool people who have no appreciation for the magic they destroyed.

BUYER BEWARE: Zappos may tie-up your credit for an inappropriate length of time. After receiving the package that I had returned, Zappos took 11 business days to process the return. This is only after I called Customer Service 3 separate times. The first representative told me that the package hadn't been processed yet, but that the Returns dept. was allowed up to 3 business days to process a return. After 72 hours, I called again. The 2nd representative told me that the return had been processed the day that the package had been received and that I could expect a refund to appear between 2-10 business days from the date of receipt. After 11 business days had passed since Zappos had received my package, I had still not received a refund. I called Zappos a 3rd time and was informed that a refund had never been processed. The representative processed my refund while I was on the phone with him. Overall, Zappos held hostage nearly $2,000 of my credit for 11 business days after receipt. This is an absurd practice and causes unnecessary hardship to be experienced by the customer. I won't be ordering from Zappos again.

So after leaving this review I bought another pair from a reputable business and they were just as crappy SO I'm now thinking UGGS has inconsistent product. VERY DISSATISFIED> Purchased a pair of ugg's from zappos , this week jan 2020. They are counterfeit. Also just realized I was charged sales tax. NJ there is none on shoes and clothing. Buyers beware.
