Terrible customer service, no willingness to help at all, just a standard message with a "let me know if if we can be of further assistance" etc , without assisting me in the first place! Absolutely rubbish service, I actually doubt if real people are answering these emails or if they just use standard messages they send.

Having been ordering a lot over the past 4 month in Zalando, most of the time have been happy but now I am not satisfied at all.
For the last two deliveries all the shirts ordered were sent one size smaller. When talking over Live chat with customer care they saying that they are showing international size on website and I have received the size equivalent to my countries size. What an lame excuse. When I said that one of the shirt I ordered 4 month before and it arrived the size I ordered then the customer care admitted that it must have been error. Lets face it, I bought them on Mid term sale and they did actually not have my size, even showing it on website available and they just send you the size smaller what they are stuck with in their warehouse. This is a outright cheating. I am very disappointed and of course sorry, but time to find another store who actually delivers the correct size. Its just sad that they cannot admit their error and apologize. Besides I do not have a time with return hassle and then wait for 14 days when the refund is done to your account. At least other members of family have got some shirts on my account now.

I used to rate Zalando and have placed many orders - I'm a UK customer. I used to receive emails from them with offers and new products that prompted me to shop with them. Then I stopped receiving the emails so I didn't get the offers even though I was subscribed. I emailed Customer Service to sort this out and each time they told me to do the same thing and it didn't work - check my spam folder, unsubscribe/subscribe, clear my cookies. Yawn. Then they said they'd referred it to IT which was a lie as nothing happened in 18 months. If they can't even be bothered to sort out sending me emails with offers and promotions then I can't be bothered to shop with them.

I had a parcel delivered and a item was missing so I spoke to someone on live chat? And they said I need to provide ID for a refund? What a joke when ever have you had to send ID to get a refund? I'm going to put in a complaint? Joke of a company

The worst customer service ever! Not only are they not helpful but they also forced me to pay an extra reminder fee even though I payed my bill in time (15 days before expire date!!). This because i returned an item 1 day (!) after the bill expired! But when they sent me the reminder fee they knew that i already returned the item and that they would receive the item the same day or the day after! A friendly customer service would not do this! It says you have 100 days to return not 30 on homepage, i did register the return in time online. I contacted them 5 times so far and they still didn't canceled the fee even though they promised me to canceled it the first time i called them!! Fake promises!
I once bought some clothes that they put on 50% discount some days later and they forced me to pay the full price like stated on the bill even though my cardigan was unused! They said i could return it and order it again but my size was out of stock so i couldn't reorder it which they knew!!! So i kept it and payed the double! It was and expensive cardigan so a big difference in price! After that I promised myself to never order again but then they sent me an "we miss you discount" on 15% so I was thinking i will give Zalando a new chance but then this happens! So angry!
I hate Zalando and will never order from them again!

Called customer service to see if I could pay via my debit card. They picked up the phone, I introduced myself and explained my issue...and nothing. The guy on the other end of the phone had set the phone down on the desk and just walked away? I heard office talk in the background, said hello 5-6 times waited about 50 seconds and hung up. Tried calling again someone picked up, didn’t say anything, and then nothing again. Pretty bizarre experience, the employees there are just picking up the phones and setting them on the desks while they talk to each other

I have tried making 6 orders over the last 2 days with existing and a new account I was advised to make. They keep cancelling my order and each time I phone up to ask it seems like the same person handles my query. She tells me it's due to security reasons but can explain why or escalate further. Such bad customer service.

and I have been texting on mails since that day but didn't get any answers on that, which is very unprofeesional.
And finally they replied after 8-9 days and that was also on live chat NOT ON Mails.
AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT REFUND MIGHT NOT BE AN OPTION.

I have earlier been an happy customer of Zalando who has been satisfied with their products and service. But when I recently wanted to pay for my new order, I noticed that the only way to pay for the products is a bank transfer! First I thougt it was due to some of my product I had chosen, but no - I tried with different products and the only option I could choose was a bank transfer. It is just not possible to pay with the credit card! It means that paying is now more inconvenient and receiving the package takes much longer time.
I wrote an e-mail to customer service and informed them about the problem, hoping that this is some temporary error of the paying system. But the only response I got was a standard “Sorry for your inconvenience”, which said nothing about why the paying system has been changed or if it will be corrected again. I wrote back, but again - no help or explanation. They basically say that they have no idea why it is like that and they can’t do anything about solving the problem. They are totally ignorant and indifferent!
It is ridiculous that such a giant online shop does not accept card payment. I am extremely disappointed.

I purchased a pair of ballet pumps on Monday the 15th, in order to wear them to an important interview. Even paid the express delivery fee to get them faster. It’s Friday and no signs of parcel. I called the customer service, the guy wasn’t sure what happened to my order, was mambling that they might not have the parcel or that I should have it in a few days and then proceeded to email me with a 15% voucher discount for my next order, which amusingly was left blank in the email. This was the first time I have ordered and probably will be the last.

Had a claim about a pair of Nike’s that I bought from Zalando.dk in July. They offered a discount, which is not good enough. Customer service is rude and does not want to listen. I sent pictures that show that one of the shoes has a fault in the material. Instead of replacing them and sending me a new pair, they want an unhappy customer with a “discount”.

Made a return, got an email confirmation that my return had been received but never got my money back. When I called in to Zalando tell them this, they said I need to send a stamped confirmation from by bank that the return had not been received on my account. Called the bank and they said they charge 20 EU for such. Ultimately had to pay 20 EU for Zalando's misstake.
Very messy, unprofessional, timeconsuming and costly return system... This is not a serious company, shame on you.

1st time I decided to use this firm purchased some shoes on the w/e for delivery in 3-5 days, ie by this coming friday.
I then follow up y'day wondering why i hadn't rec'd a despatched email from them yet, checked my account was informed we'd get by sat latest but still NO despatch info. So i contacted customer support via chat.
Was then informed that 1 of the items is coming from a diff whse once it arrives with them they will then despatch all the items together that if i needed for sat its unlikely i will get them & i can cancel the order. During this chat the cust svces rep kept asking or mentioning that i could cancel the order at any time? Strange way to do business.
So the 3-5 day delivery service they offer is a LIE, either the cust svces rep lied to me or the online system LIED. 1 or the other.
NO idea what the quality of the products would be like as soon as the cust svce rep stated we were unlikely to get the shoes this w/e i ended the chat & cancelled the order.
Yes their prices are LOW but have to admit their service is just attrocious. A company to avoid. Not happy with the svce i rec'd
After the chat i got an email survey report from them asking how they did ... I was 100% truthful ... I was hoping i'd get an email back from them stating apologies but they will get the shoes to me next day delivery as a show of goodwill, NOPE. Instead NOTHING!!!
We really wanted the shoes but we needed them NO later than saturday, after what the cust svce rep stated we felt we had no other choice as he stated its unlikely we will get ontime.

Zalando cares nothing for you or your data !
After haveing unsubscribed 4 times from all emails (following their own link in the email spam).
After they have confirmed via customer service in FB chat and on email that i was unsubscribed.
They keep sending newsletters.
This is a company that have no control of their processes and to my mind should pay each of their customers a 100kr penelty pr email.
