don't know why these comments are so negative! I love this shop so much I ordered around 10 things which all came expect for 1 product which was out of stock which I got my money back without even having to ask! :) I love all the clothes I brought and recommend this shop. I'm not sure about the whole Covid 19 situation because my borders are closed so there is no point of ordering right now :)

So I really recomand everyone to buy and orser from ZAFUL! First of all their prices are amazing ! And also the products are in such great quality. I love ZAFUL I buy all of my swimwear from them. Always good quality and fits well especially for petite women. Comes faster than expected time. I will not order my swimwear from anywhere else. Customer is good too. They have a lot of reviews with pictures showing the products and I always check those out before purchasing to get a good idea of how it will fit me.

I’ve ordered from Zaful many times and every time it came relatively fast. I placed an order February 8th, it was taking forever to come. I had read these reviews and kind of doubted the company although before I had nothing bad to say. I thought I would just wait it out, as some people tried to get their money back and could not, or had really poor service. My order finally arrived on March 13. With coronavirus going on, especially bad in China, I think we all need to be patient - although it is very frustrating. Many sites like this also do have very poor customer service, which is unfortunate but I think waiting it out is your best option.

Okay, I haven't ordered from Zaful yet, but I've been reading the reviews like "it took multiple months to ship." YOu may not have noticed, but the shipping for normal is 10-25 business days. That's Monday-Friday. 10-25 business days is 2-5 weeks. It's not going to come within a week or two. This is a company in China, where the Coronavirus is severe. You're not going to have your bikini in your possession probably for a while. The workers at Zaful are probably trying to stay safe and, you know, not die?

I was very happy with my purchase from Zaful! I ordered 5 swimsuits between sets and mix n match pieces before going on a week vacation to the beach. Shipping took about 15 days which I knew ahead of time so it wasn't a big deal. Prices on the swimsuits were great!! I didn't have to return anything so I don't have experience with that. When I first heard if Zaful I was a bit weary of online shopping. But I only had positive experiences with them. They have an awesome selection of bikinis, their sizing was accurate and everything I got fit my body in a very flattering way. I have always had a great experience with zaful! The customer service is always top notch and able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. The products are amazing for the price of them and they come just as they are pictured on the website and, in my experience, last a long time. My products have always shipped within a few days of placing my order and arrived soon after that. Overall, it's a great place to find a lot of items at a reasonable value.

I was searching for a good clothing site for some time, mainly for bathing suits. I came across Zaful through instagram 2 years ago and I have never boughten a bikini else where! One of my favirte qualitys of this website is that for every clothing iteam they have there is almost always uploaded oics of other customers wearing those pieces with the size and that has been the most helpful!! they have amazing prices as well.

I have never had a problem with Zaful. They have amazing quality and great prices. The sizes were nice and the shipping time was very short and expected. In addition to this, the prices were very fair and nice, especially for the quality of the clothing. After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to purchase a bikini from Zaful. Because they are so affordable, I thought might as well just try it and see. Sure enough my two bikinis came within 3-4 weeks, great quality and fit perfectly! Looked exactly like the photo on the website.
