My experience with Zaful was excellent. Ordered 2 swimming costumes, both look exactly like in the photos and sizes are correct to their size chart. I was a bit worried if they will really look like in the photos and they do so I'm pleased. Received package after a week, even sooner that I expected. Honestly I can't say a bad word about Zaful, everything was brilliant. And also the material is good quality. Highly recommend !

I loved all of items I received from Zaful and all items were in good condition and quality. The site has reviews and photos of customers wearing the items so you can see what it looks like before you buy it. The measurements are also very helpful. I love Zaful because they have amazing clothes with the best prices. Excellent site, fast delivery and no taxation.

I have already made three purchases with Zaful and I am very happy. The products are identical to the pictures and the price/quality relation is very good. The products are affordable and they become even cheaper if you use the points they award in their fidelity program.
I also had to contact customer support, as one of the orders was taking longer than expected to arrive. They always replied within a few hours and offered a good solution for my problem.
Overall, my experience has been very positive and i highly recommend buying at zaful.

I love Zaful! I've recommended so many of my friends to shop here. I've ordered bikinis off Zaful a number of times and will continue to do so! They are exactly as the picture portrays them, and super affordable for the high quality material and design. They offer so many current options and are constantly adding more and more. My orders usually arrive within 2 weeks.

I was hesitant at first because no one I knew had used it and the prices seemed too good to be true. I ordered three items for $30, so I was also hesitant about the quality of the items but they were great quality. The bathing suits were a bit cheekier than I expected, but I got many compliments for them. The romper was also a very cute cover up.

I have had a very bad online shopping experience in the past so I was sceptical with trying it again but I decided to give it another shot.
With Zaful I finally understand why people are obsessed with online shopping. The products are exactly what I was expecting when seeing the images on the site and the fabrics are great quality! So I do recommend you shop at Zaful, great products at great prices. Very impressed.

I have made a lot of orders in Zaful and it has always been a really good experience.There clothes have always been great quality for an affordable price.They always check up on you to make sure you've received your items and if everything turned out well.They offer very modern clothes, prices are very low, customer service is very professional and quick. I do recommend making sure you follow the size guides and read the reviews before selecting your size. Personally - had a great experience and will continue using this site. I would recommend this site to everyone and I will definitely order again.

I had read a lot of negative reviews on this site but I have to admit to having zero issues with this company. In fact, it was a great online shopping experience. I was worried to purchase due to negative reviews but LOVED everything I have ordered from their site (I've done two different shipments with them)
Both times I paid a little extra for express and received the parcels within a week. The second shipment was a large one so only part of the order was shipped. After waiting for two weeks I decided to submit a ticket inquiring about the second part of my order. I was replied to within two minutes and my order was shipped that day so I really cannot complain.
I have loved the quality of everything I received, especially the bikinis and think this is a great shop for summer clothes. I also think the user reviews and photos are SO HELPFUL. Asos should do it :)

Overall I had a good experience ordering from Zaful! I ordered 4 swimsuits - two of them are absolutely perfect and looked exactly like they did online, one of them simply didn't look good on me, and one of them didn't arrive in the package. However, I was very pleased with their customer service - they are refunding me for the swimsuit I didn't like and told me I didn't even need to send it back, so I'll probably either give it to a friend or donate it. They quickly resolved the missing swimsuit issue and are sending me the missing swimsuit free of charge. My package arrived in 2 weeks which is not bad coming from China. I will definitely order from them again! Great swimsuits and for sooo cheap!

I can not review the actual product yet, as I am still waiting for delivery (it's been just over a week but there shipping information is confusing and poorly updated) but it appears they answer quickly on here.
I had received on my banking a 'foreign transaction fee' and I didn't know if anyone else went had gotten one from them when they ordered, or it is fraud on my account? There is nothing on my bill that states this extra amount from Zaful but it is the only thing I've bought from with the credit card to have possibly caused this.
Please note Zaful, your telephone # for the US that you are posting on your website and on this website do not work, and there is not even a voicemail to leave, so do not provide with me it.

Good customer service, quick response.
Shipping was also relatively fast for me, maybe because I live in Japan (quite fast to receive anything sent from China).
The only thing I would advise to keep in mind is that you get what you pay for--don't expect everything to be high quality. But so far I am really pleasant with most of my purchases.

I ordered a purple scalloped bathing suit about 3 weeks before my vacation I had planned so i would be able to take it with me. Payed for standard shipping which SHOULD take 5-8 business days. After 2 weeks of waiting and it not arriving I emailed the company only to find out they wouldn't even PROCESS my order for another week! I tracked my order all over from China to Connecticut to New York then finally my city! After all the stress of waiting (and it NOT coming in time for my vacation) I was just happy for it to finally be here. Only to open it up and it NOT be the right color I ordered (it was maroon not purple) and the bottoms fit TWO SIZES TOO SMALL TO SIZE!!! I'm NOT impressed with zaful and will not be buying anything else from them and DO NOT recommend them what so ever !!!

I ordered a printed dress and a pair of shorts from Zaful, but I am quite disappointed with the dress. The print on it is not the same that was showed in the webpage and the quality is quite poor, plus it is quite oversized. The pair of shorts were OK and the delivery time was as they said for a standard shipping, but I won't order from them again and I wouldn't recomend it.

Had to wait 1 month to get my bikini! I ordered an S but the one I got was a S as a Small Child - it didn't match the measurements they had in the website!! I'm so unhappy with this! Wasted 20$ on a bikini in vain!!

Ordered 7 bikini's at the beginning of March and Zaful send them in 3 parts/packages. Got for all the 3 parts a mail as confirmation that they are on their way to The Netherlands. The first and third send packeges did arrive already, but the second one did still not arrive and the status of this package is 'Item dispatched out AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE' (16 March) for already more than a month!! Pretty weird that the third package send arrived earlier/faster than the second one. Please let me know when I can expect the last package and if it's still coming!
