I ordered leggings on 11/13/17. I received a tracking number but the product was never brought to the shipping facility. I was told by Jess that there was a DHL delay and I would have them soon. I still didn't receive them and she said a replacement product was on the way. I haven't received the leggings and last week asked for a refund and haven't received it yet either. I just keep getting apology emails. Do not buy from this company!

I placed an order for 2 pairs of leggings on 11/5/17. It is now 11/21/17 and all I have gotten is platitudes regarding my order-problems with ordering portal, production line problems, small business did not expect the volume and 3 non-working tracking numbers. The newest email stated a "problem with DHL" and the tracking will work after my merchandise reaches the US. Well the fake tracking label shows it was created in Idaho which is in the US. DO NOT purchase from this company! The frustration is incredible and NO product!

12/6/16 - Ordered two leggings
12/12/16 - Rec'd email saying it was shipped.
1/22/17 - Sent email requesting refund for non-receipt
1/25/17 - Rec'd email saying I would get a replacement order within 7 days with a tracking number this time at their considerable expense.
1/27/17 - Rec'd second email saying "In the meantime, please bear with us as we coordinate with the management to process your replacement. Soon after it is issued, you should be sent an email with a tracking number inside." - Backpedalling!?
1/29 - Sent email canceling order again and demanding refund due to not having been given a new tracking number.
1/29 - Rec'd email saying "Your package is being prepared for shipment today. Should we still send it?" (Didn't reply because my earlier email was clear.)
1/30 - Rec'd email with a tracking number. Checked the tracking number. No surprise: "The reference number you have entered may be incorrect. Please check and try again."
Fake email promises whenever you complain, fake tracking numbers...but they have plenty of resources to make up new personalized email excuses promptly when asked for a refund.
Also, they put a five and a half minute video on YouTube with somebody pretending to be a wildly satisfied customer saying how YouStatement is definitely not a scam and how wonderful the leggings are. However, at no point in 5.5 minutes of the video did the "customer" show any pair of leggings whatsoever. Just went on and on about the wonderful company and product. You'd think while she's exclaiming about the quality of the fabric she would hold up a pair - if they existed.
Also, all the photos of their "products" use the exact same photo of a woman's legs in leggings with just the printed sayings on the leggings changed from one to the other. This is a photoshop scam marketer pretending to have an array of stock.

The first one from 1/25 -
"I totally and completely understand the stress and worry we’ve placed on you - it is unacceptable, I’m sorry and I want to put it right!
We want you to experience our brilliant leggings - we want you to have the joy that thousands of other customers have had with theirs,
So I would like to offer you a SOLUTION -
Please let us print and send you an urgent replacement order - and we will cover the extra $20 to send it tracked to you - this means that you can check the exact location of your order - it also means that they should be with you, from here in the UK within 7 working days.
All we ask is that you would let me put this situation RIGHT for you and replace your entire order with tracking, free of charge.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
And the second one:
"Thanks for allowing us to put this situation right, xxxxx. We really appreciate your patience.
In the meantime, please bear with us as we coordinate with the management to process your replacement.
Soon after it is issued, you should be sent an email with a tracking number inside.
I truly hope when this replacement is received it will go somewhere to repairing the damage we have caused you.
Your package is being prepared for shipment today. We understand your frustration and we do take full responsibility for this. We know that this isn't an excuse but we have been dealing with a ton of replacements brought about by the delays during the Christmas season.
Please, if you could just allow us the final chance to put this right.
Do advise us on how you would wish to proceed.

I've been hearing quite a lot from my friends about Youstatement lately and decided to try them for myself. I feel bad that they got quite a couple of bad reviews.. I too felt weary about ordering as they were from UK and I'm from the US but - I am surprised and super happy that the delivery was prompt! They have great collections to choose from specially the Walking Dead ones! The fit is great and they feel so comfortable I can sleep in them. Will definitely recommend buying from this website!

Thieves, don't send product, don't refund money
I purchased leggings for my wife. They said they courier them for free. They do not ship, when you query it, they then tell you they mailed it without a tracking number through Royal Mail. The products never come, and they never refund the payment to you. It is a total scam.

On November 28, 2016, I purchased leggings for my wife as a Christmas present. On December 5 I received a message from the company stating my order has shipped. Two days later I received an email from the company asking me for a selfie, which I thought to be odd. After further research, I found numerous complaints about not receiving merchandise. I emailed company numerous times with no response. On the week of Christmas, I finally received an email stating my order would be to me before Christmas, it never came. I asked for a refund but was ignored. I'm asking they not be allowed to advertise to prevent further monetary harm to others.

I placed an order for 2 pair of leggings on January 2, 2017...today is March 21, 2017 and still no product! Their promised delivery time was 7-14 days and it has now been 102 days! I have contacted them numerous times and they continue to send a standard email back (from Charlotte or Sophie) saying "Please wait. They will come. Sorry...no tracking number, but be patient"! I have now asked for a refund 3 times and they ignore that request and continue to ask me to be patient. No offer to replace, refund etc. I have put in a claim to my credit card company and they are working to refund my money, however, as noted by all of the other reviewers, YouStatement takes your money, never provides product, and never returns your money.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this company! I ordered a pair of leggings and they only took 7 days to arrive!These are the most amazing leggings! Soft, comfy and Warm! Very nice product and great customer service.I will definitely order again from this company.Highly recommend them!

Customer service is top notch. I experienced some issues with the discount code as they didn't apply when I completed my order but they were generous enough to refund me with the equivalent amount to the code as a good will gesture. I ordered two of the "Slimming Down for the Gown" leggings, one for me and for my best friend who's also getting married this year and I just got them yesterday. So thrilled to actually start working out with these leggings. I'm planning to order the "Wifey" leggings next. So many fun prints to choose from. I love them!

Got my new pair of leggings today, just in time as I will start my workout this week. T'was a really smooth transaction from ordering to shipment. I requested tracking info to ensure I was home for delivery and the customer support were quick to give it to me. The material is really fantastic too. I'm super excited to order more. I don't like reporting bad service or talking negatively, but after seeing the other complaints. I have to say, the exact same thing happened to me. Never got the leggings, and I kept having excuse after excuse, saying the Christmas rush delayed them, and would I mind waiting some more, saying they were going to ship out replacement, and then would I mind waiting a little longer, and then they needed to talk to management, and then could I wait some more. It was approaching two months when I had to file a dispute on my card and got the refund. Maybe they are legit, maybe you would get your leggings, but I'm just saying to tread carefully.
And if this is a legit company, it is not handled well. If you want to have a professional company you need to stick to your word, and if this is going to be an occurrence you better offer a legit tracking number.
