I'm incredibly unsatisfied with your tea's service. I have spent hundreds of dollars on your tea, and when I decide to try something new, when it's delivered it comes with a note saying that it contains gluten. I'm gluten intolerant. I can't have gluten and this warning was nowhere to be found on the website. When I used the feedback form on the website asking for a refund/exchange 3 months ago, nothing happened. No one has tried to contact me to fix this. The $60 I spent on trying this new tea was completely wasted

My order took almost two weeks to ship, communication with customer service was awful, and upon arrival the travel mug I ordered leaked profusely and wouldn’t hold heat.
