Wrong Message and extremely rude customer support. I ordered a personalized Toblerone chocolate bar for a 5 yo girl. The message that was supposed to be on it was "Happy Birthday". Instead, it said "The best dad in the world". In addition, when I called to complain, audibly upset but not yelling, the customer service woman shut the phone in my face and accused me of yelling, which I haven't even done. Yet. Told me that it was a father's day chocolate and it's my fault for ordering it. But the website didn't show me how my personalization will look like so I naturally assumed that since "Michael", which is the token image of the chocolate after you personalize your gift with a different name, will not be on the cover, neither would be any Father's Day stuff. Moreover, the "personalization" is a piece of paper with a name and "the best dad in the the world" under it covering a regular Toblerone bar. I thought it would be embossed at least, like the original Toblerone cover, but that piece of paper held with a round piece of scotch tape I could've printed myself! What a scam! Couldn't even get any sort of help, either replace the order or give my money back because the customer service representative lacked both "customer" and "service" skills. Needless to say, she blocked my subsequent calls. I will make absolutely sure that I spread the word on what a terrible company they are and what a scam this is. I have paid 23 US Dollars for a $4 chocolate, but most importantly, they ruined my little girl birthday surprise.
