Have ordered with yours florally a few times - every time have received very high quality, long lasting flowers and always delivered promptly. Will continue using!!

I was reluctant to leave this review until I had heard back from Yours Florally, but I feel it's been left long enough now with no reply to warrant the two stars.
My first experience of using Yours Florally was because they had the most beautiful flower arrangement "Jingle Bells" which perfectly suited the occasion of my sisters Christmas Engagement. The image showed two beautiful flowers being binded together with some kind of cord, with Christmas firs and pine cones - the entire thing was just so beautiful so I spent the extra to get the vase too - as the top of the vase had a beautiful willow type red funnelling.
I was so excited that I chose the wrong address for delivery (my own), and sent an email asking for this to be recitified. I recieved an email with the corrected email acknowledged (despite the sender of the email getting my name wrong).
Later in the day I received a call to say that the delivery driver could not find the address. They said they had found the "next door neighbours" but not their house - which was next door with the number marked clearly on it - so this only added insult to injury. Despite asking for a confirmation of the flowers being delivered due to this mishap, none came.
All of this could have been forgiven if the beautiful arrangement had arrived as advertised. Instead a vase wrapped in red tissue arrived at the door. The image depicted two baby bulbs wrapped together in this coil, but what arrived was 3 fully bloomed flowers, one of which was brown and the stem broken. The "binding coil" was sproatically THROWN at the arrangement and it seemed that no more care or attention to detail was taken other than lifting left overs off the floor and putting them in a vase. The picture looked no more like the arrangement than any other on the site.
While I understand that seasonal flowers can change throughout the year; as this was a Winter arrangement one would assume that the winter flowers would be available.
The final result was VERY dissapointing and looked nothing like the picture advertised on the site. Despite writing on the gift tag the sentiment of the "two flowers binded together" this seemed to escape the attention of whomever was arranging the flowers. There wasn't a winter fir sprig in site. Overall a very sad experience, and still awaiting feedback from their team.
Update since recieving reply from company CEO, 6 weeks after initial contact was made. (Have combined these two reviews into the one):
Further to my very disappointing experience which I've mentioned above, I'd like to further add to the poor after sales and customer service this company has to offer.
I left a complaint at the beginning of January, a further email at the end of January and a voicemail yesterday. It's the 10th Feb and I've just received my replies.
The company state that due to 23rd December being very busy, my Christmas Flower arrangement had to be substituted with other flowers. They assured me they were of a similar quality and value; however the recipient who received a dead flower and broken stem would strongly disagree.
Much of the disaster was pandered onto it being a busy time of year, an excuse I don't think is acceptable.
When I challenged for a refund I was told that I didn't claim within 24 hours - a bit cheeky considering it was then Christmas Eve - and from a company that takes 6 weeks to reply to an email?
I was told in the emails that they pride themselves on giving great customer service; however they never once acknowledged the pictures of the poor flower arrangement I sent that matched NOTHING like the one in the picture. When I challenged this further the reply from the company was "This matter is closed" - hardly what I would call exceptional customer service. Any other business with any kind of decorum would simply write it off as a bad job and accept responsibility - there was absolutely not an inch of movement with them regarding the poor state of the flowers.
I would urge anyone considering flowers for a special occasion to steer very clear unless, like me, you want your day spoilt.

I ordered flowers for a funeral in Dublin and I live in New York. I ordered them online and they were delivered on time and I heard they were beautiful. My only issue is that when the charge went through on my credit card, I was charged an extra $17 in the currency conversion. The total was approximately €54 which should have come out to about $67. Instead I was charged about $84. I called the credit card company and they said the only thing I could do was dispute the charge which seems like more trouble than it's worth.

Acknowledging there is a limited selection; picked the cheeriest Christmas arrangement they had. Substitution unacceptable. Two unsatisfactory exchanges of emails with the company OWNER; very unprofessional service. You would never find this at ANY florist in America. What a dissapointment and embarrassment for myself and my dear friends in Ireland. If you are going to run a company that outsources deliveries to local florists, you need to take some responsibility. No integrity at all.
I removed the first NAME of the person who I dealt with but considering she uses it herself in replying to another review earlier in December, how much sense does that make?
On Dec 22, 2014, she said she would refund the delivery charge but she NEVER did that. "As a gesture of goodwill however, I will refund you the delivery charge even though we had to attempt delivery twice."

I cannot recommend this florist more, I had an incomplete address and they stopped at nothing to make sure the flowers got to the person that they were intended for. They even called the local cab company for help finding the address. The flowers that arrived were beautiful, the recipient said she had never received nicer flowers. A big special thank you to Mary who sent no fewer than 10 emails to me throughout the order keeping me in the loop! I was in Australia sending flowers to Ireland.
Such a good experience I would recommend these guys for there beautiful flowers and customer service any day!

I've just gotten in contact with our florist regarding the matter and after contacting the delivery driver they have informed me that they called at the address around midday without a response. The driver then attempted to leave it with a couple of neighbours but nobody answered their door.
Rather than returning to the florists with the arrangement, he decided to leave it at the side of the house as he felt it would be safe, this however doesn't seen to be the case.
Obviously we take full responsibly for this error of judgement and apologise profusely for the sensitive situation you find yourself in. My friend just called me from Ireland to let me know she waited in all day for the flowers to be delivered, but they never arrived.
I am extremely disappointed and so let down. My uncle was buried today and those flowers were meant to be left in the church by the coffin last night.
I must now seem like an uncaring person to the rest of the family, those flowers were to represent me as I couldn’t get over to Ireland for the funeral.
The money has been taken from my account, so I would like to know what is going to be done about this matter??????

I bought these flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and she loved them. They were delivered early on her birthday, and she still has them a week later. Further, as a customer from the US buying flowers to be delivered to Rahara, Ireland, it was incredibly easy.
Bottom line: I would definitely recommend.

I placed an order online with Yours Florally and I didn't have a contact phone number for the recipient. They telephoned me later in the day on two occasions to make sure I was able to put in the required number. The agent was exceptionaly pleasant and helpful, giving me total confidence in the service being provided. I received an email telling me when the delivery had been made and the recipient was delighted with the product. Full marks to Yours Florally!!!

I live in Toronto, Canada. I have friends who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Ballyjamesduff, Ireland, and I wanted to arrange for flowers to be delivered to them to let them know that my congratulations and best wishes were with them even if I couldn't be. I looked into arranging delivery through a local FTD-affiliated florist in Toronto but the variety and quality of the selection were limited, so I decided to make the arrangements through yoursflorally.com. I was very pleased with the variety of choices available to me, and thrilled that yoursflorally.com arranged for a beautiful bouquet to be delivered right on time and as I requested! I had some challenges providing an accurate delivery address when I made the payment through Paypal (its a Paypal problem), but yoursflorally.com was very responsive and helped me sort that out. Being thousands of miles away, I would have crossed my fingers and hoped for the best, but not when I use yoursflorally.com, they have my every confidence!

It was the only website i could get to deliver flowers on the day I wanted and I was not disappointed, my friend had just suffered a bereavement and I wanted to her to know i was thinking of her, she was really pleased with the flowers when they arrived.
