Service... Love... and a spirit of caring! Although the saturation was the worse time in my life, the Clarity staff made it bareable.

Clarity Pointe is a clean, well managed facility whose staff I feel has taken good care of my Mom so far. My only recommendation is that communication between shifts could be improved.

The staff were very helpful with answering all my questions and providing a insightful tour of the facility. After several visits to the facility I found the facility to be very clean, the food which I sampled myself was very good with multiple items on the menu to choose from. There are numerous activity's for my wife to participate in.

Before move in you were informed that all belongings had to be under lock. To date some locks have not been installed creating problems. People have been great & food the same.

While Clarity Point is a nice facility it does not fit our mother's needs at this time. Everyone is kind and caring but we need mom somewhere that is more of a least restrictive environment. She will be moving out soon, but I do think the place is great for those with severe Alzheimer's needs.

So far we have been pleased with Clarity Pointe. They are so new that they are still in a learning process. After my mother fell a couple times they have gotten her a necklace monitor, so she wont try to get up or down without help. Some times It takes longer than it should for them to respond but overall they are doing a good job. She has also had a couple incidents with medicine dispensing. On her second day the meds we brought were lost, and on another day the nurse did not give her mid day meds (don't know why). Now that they have everything in blister packs it appears that the med dispensing issue is much better. We realize that they only have approximately 1/3 of the rooms full at this time and will probably be under and possibly over staffed until they get full occupancy. It is our hope that they will continue to hire and retain the appropriate quantity of quality staff once they are fully occupied.
