Yes customer service what customers service their is none support also none I paid for the 6 months subscription in may and as of now my service doesn't work I sent messages to them with no replays I feel cheated and robbed it is so unfair and their is no one to call or get a hold of

I have paid to renew my domain with "starthosting" aka "yourhosting".. The domain is still offline, I sent a support ticket but they didn't reply, I've spent the past day trying to find some contact information. The company is the hardest to get in touch with.. They are hiding their contact information.
Now they have my money and my domains are still offline and I don't even know how to get in touch..

I have been a customer for close to 20 years. Service and delivery have always been excellent. Today, due to a unpleasant personal situation I had to end my subscription in a special way.
Yourhosting’s reaction and service in this matter was outstanding – even better than I expected.
Full five stars are well deserved.

I have been 15 years a Yourhosting customer and in the beginning they were really great. But now that they grow, they got a helpdesk with people who prefer telling the customer that he does something wrong or that you should buy a service to solve your problem (while it sure was a firewall problem of Yourhosting). I bought a product for my websites which gave a cURL error only when contacting the product website to register the license code. Nothing special but the connection was blocked (for safety of Yourhosting?). Because I was a long time customer, I wanted to give Yourhosting the chance to solve their problem. But they tried some things but I think the workers were too low level or too arrogant to see that it was a Yourhosting problem and told me to buy a service from them for solving "my website problem" ?!?
The product is maybe too highlevel for them because it is a high level selling product and for this it is better to use one of the bigger Hosting providers with lots of knowledge. For a simple website, Yourhosting is okay and the workers can help you (but be careful, when you are a "nono" they call it service and you should pay), for more sophisticated websites you could better use a more sophisticated Hosting provider.
Also I had to wait 45 minutes by phone to contact them and my last email with detailed information was not answered so I was not sure if they were busy with the problem. Because I had no faith anymore that somebody from Yourhosting should solve the problem, I contacted Godaddy and I was really surprised that I was contacted within 5 minutes.
In the beginning Yourhosting was a good provider but now I see many bad scores in Trustpilot and I recognize this. Also this was the first time after 15 years that I checked other companies for hosting and found that even the highest hosting contract "Platinum" was cheaper than Yourhosting. I don't know what this service is but sure they are more flexible to help you as customer than Yourhosting, Yourhosting is asking the customers for money ("they call it a service :-D") to investigate their own problems! They misuse the "not knowledge" of customers to get their money out of their wallet. Fortunately I don't need help for their problems, I just move to a better hosting provider.

I have had nothing bad experiences with Yourhosting.
overcharging for services. overcharging for cancelling services.
There's scammers and I don't recommend for anybody to do business with them.
They have kept my website offline . After the bill was paid in full. Holding you hostage by the many more money.
This is a racist company as far as I'm concerned the moment you speak English they give you the runaround.
Charge you extra on everything.
Do not do business with them.

I have called you guys on several occasion and notified you that I was doing work for the city of Amsterdam and I do not get paid for 3 to 4 months. From the time that I send out my invoice.
I have let you guys know that I will not be able to paid on time and have no problem paying additional cost that may occur from not paying on time.
I'm extremely busy and I work constantly I don't even have time to fix my website since you guys changed your servers and your php you couldn't fix my problem I had to do it on my own which no time for it.

I I have not received one email in the last three years to the email account from a customer because your emails are marked as spam.. my emails from customers go straight to the junk box only spam comes into the inbox.
Since I did call a 0900 number I have proof that I've called you guys on several times.
You could have picked up the phone also since I'm a customer since 2009 and ask me are you able to pay now.
my customers don't pay on time I don't close their account and make them pay double.
Especially when I've had phone contact with them that they having inability to pay.
The fact is that I paid the bill plus I pay the additional cost and still your company asking for more money that is not justifiable to put my website back online.
I've done business with GoDaddy and never had these kind of problems and they don't overcharge .or charge for cancelling domain names.
when you don't want them anymore.

It was my mistake for not checking the reviews before purchasing, I've had the same experience as all the other 1 stars, they sold me a domain that they didn't have, when that went wrong , they sold me another domain without DNS redirect, so I got the DNS redirect, which was buggy at the time (or I at least as an aerospace engineering student at the time couldn't get to work), support was hard to get, had to wait on the line for 30 min, with 0.50 euro surcharge, when I tried to cancel, they charged me the service and 15 euros for the cancellation, and they only cancelled the DNS redirect apparently, now 2 years later they are pursuing me with a 53 euro bill for a domain I though was cancelled. Took me a while and a lot of time with the lawyers to figure this one out. I will end up paying 75 euros for not a single service given.

To everyone who is reading this, this is the worst hosting company in the Netherlands. Don't buy hosting or domains here, because there rules are so terrible, it will cost you more money then you think. It's just a warning, there are much more and much better hosting companies in The Netherlands then Yourhosting.
I'm running a internet biz for many year, but yourhosting is not running a biz, they are just try to scam you and will send you bills for things you will not receive.

The hosting manager unclear and user-unfriendly. You get several login details which you will be messing up with and forgetting which one is which one. One for your email, one for your DNS settings another for your email. This company is seriously the worst provider I encountered. They charge for every little piece of service and product such as redirection of your domain name to the IP address of your server. This is such a rip-off hosting they will make you pay one year in advance. If you do not terminate your product before it terminates you'll be paying for another whole year. When I tried to terminate my product they insisted I have to pay whole one year of service in advance and refused to terminate it before that. Be aware you're giving them explicit consent to prolong your services. If you don't terminate on time, prepare yourself to pay.
Customer is their lowest priority. When I expressed my disappointment with the absolutely terrible services their answer was they hold their ground and nothing has been done to make up for it or make me continue to use their services.
I would not recommend them to my biggest competitor! Don't fall to their low-cost scheme. Try some other provider and pay two or three euros more to avoid the difficulties which are the only thing they are able to guarantee.
AVOID!!!!
