Excellent service and clear and precise information. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that AGL forms part of their options. AGL is anti Nationalistic with their decision to close the power generator in NSW and then refuse a potential buyer so as to enhance their profits at the expense of the country. I’m a free enterprise person thru and thru but this company should be nationalised and universally condemned. Shame on you AGL.

Yes, the experience was good but the company that was the best option for me was then on the weekend exposed for increasing the charges without notice in the Age newspaper. I was going to keep a close eye on things but my current company offered me a superior deal just yesterday. As the other company had a bad business practice I have stayed with my current provider.
