Waste of time, money and effort with this trash plateform
There's no support, lots of technical issues, whats more the owner spy on his client's successful products and create similar store with similar products. just save your money and use an alternative professional plateform with a great support.

0 support service .. they not care about the customer !! not professional at all and there is lot mistakes in the platform

i contact them in facebook via email .... No response .. that shame you call it a ecommerce platform

honestly,, this platform look so simple nothing unique in this platform
just they say it's free .. but the truth is not free, the first thing you do to activate your account is to add a payment method,
and i don't think I will build my future business with this poor front design. when you can find more open-source platform with extra feature .. the backend look nice that why 2 stars

Really bad so called "E-commerce Platform", Nothing close to a real platform, I advise people not to sign up on it and try to avoid it.
Huge data theft issue and security issues plus the founders of this website are spying on people best selling products and using them for their own stores..
STAY AWAY, USE SHOPIFY.

After working with this plateform since its release date, all i can say that its garbage, its nothing near to be called a plateform in first place, its poorly made, a lots of technical issues, its made with wordpress, which make it not 100% secure, its not that the wp is un-secure or un-profesional its just that u can make a better store urself with wp+woocommerce. Also the in-existing support team, which you can reach or try yo reach using a contact form from dinausor era.
My point is that this youcan.shop plateform its just for the owner to steal data and steal their client's money with an each transaction fee system, well the owner has a very rich past SCAMMING people many times.
Overall, I don't recommend it, don't be fooled with the spammy reviews written in here or the social media.
