The customer service is quite bad. They do not react to e-mail or call. They do offer good prices but not all items are really in stock. If you are not in a hurry, you can order with You-Love-It. If you need it fast and need certainty about the shipment, maybe better to look somewhere else.
My goods were delivered in the end against a good price.

the worst experience in online shopping i've ever had !!
I had ordered 2 products and i only receive the one of them. Then the nightmare started. I was waiting a wetsuit for 45 days. I couldn't contact with them in any way. They didn't respond in emails, phone calls, facebook, fb messenger, what's up messenger, instagram. Then I contacted with the suport team of the wetsuit company , they were very upset with the whole situation and they found way to contact with the [email protected]## youloveit shop. In an hour i got an email from Gerit (owner), finally he send me the wetsuit in a diferent colour cause he didn't had the colour that i had oredered. I was lucky, cause the wetsuit suport team helped me. Very bad shopping management ! do not buy from this shop !

I bought a wetsuit. That was months to come. When i got it, It lasted a couple of weeks before the zipper broke.
Then I ask for a warranty. They replied my mail. To take pictures. I did that. Now almost. One month is gone. Still no response from them. I have tried to contact them serveral times in email and whatsapp. Terrible service. Now i have a wetsuit I can not use and is forced to buy a new in another store. Because of you-love-it.eu / lonasport.

I have bought a lot of stuff from online shops - clothes, electronics, sports stuff, etc, etc etc. I have never ever experience such an abysmal websibe as You Love It. 1 month after I ordered and paid for my items, I have received nothing, nothing has been sent, my money has not been refunded, I have no responses to my emails, 0 times have they answered the phone.
Yeah, some items there might be at a very good price, but this doesn't mean anything when you get straight up scammed.
My advice - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Usually i don't buy from shops outside of switzerland, because there are a lot of shipping and toll costs. But it's often hard to find water-accessories in my small size (46). So i made an order 8 weeks before my holiday started, thinking there is plenty of time for that stuff to arrive at my home cause it was also on stock. Several weeks later i received an email, that the items i ordered aren't available anymore. After writing lots of emails, i just got ignored and there never came an answer to my questions and to the wish to cancel the shipment. The pruducts arrived a long time after my holiday. I knew that there was no way to get my money back and sold them in ebay, loosing a lot of the invested money...
Better support your local shops and avoid you-love-it, cause you will hate it ;-)

I ordered RRD kite board, most competitive price on the market, from order date to receiving the board took 8 working days. Guys shipped it within 4 days from receiving my order. Shipped with DHL, had tracking number. You love it beet the price by 140eur to the other online shop, so saving this much and not paying for shipment, I'd say its fair price including waiting time. This shop is open only few days a week so I understand their lack of cumunication. I would order with them again knowing its legitimate store. Thanks!

Ordered more than a month and a half ago but received nothing. I have emailed (never replied) and called numerous times, and the times I did get through, they promised to send it immediately (the last time even with express shipping) but finally I still did not receive the harness I ordered. Very disappointed, it is the first time I have felt scammed by a website. Do be careful and think twice before ordering (since kite gear can be expensive), even with the prior reviews and although their website looks good. I am leaving the shipping country and I guess I will never get the item I ordered.

Bought 3 things in 3 separate transactions over time...all great, unbeatable prices. Gerrit got in touch with me once as he didnt have the colour kite I picked. Went with what was in stock, colour means nothing when the price is this good! I LOVE IT

26 days after having ordered and payed a kite material , no more answer to phone call and email... it's not a professional behavior and I think now I'm facing more a crook... avoid to use this web shop .
Will waiting few days more and then will communicate that fact to european consumer center "CEC" in term of complain.

This is the second time I buy from you-love-it.eu. This time it was a slingshot sentinel bar brand new for nearly half the retail price (230€) of other "big" online kitesurf shops. Shipping was free. This time DHL took almost two weeks from Germany to Portugal (first time I remember it took only 48 hours...), but this is not the fault of you-love-it.eu.
In short, I am super pleased and I will buy from them again!

Bought 3 times and 3 times perfect.
A Fanatic Air Premium, then bags and neoprene, then more stuff like paddles etc.
Normally delivery is fast, if they have the ordered items in stock.
Otherwise, it might take a little bit longer, so please be patient.
Alternatively you can phone or email them.
I give them a call in the afternoons and see if item is available - and then place the order online.
Frankly, so many 1 stars are not justified - if you face a problem, just give them a ring or send a friendly whatsup and I am sure you'll be attended well.
By the way, today I placed my 4th order with them. Delivery always abroad.

Hi few days ago I wrote 2 feedback about you love it,both was bad. Today I receive the items that I bought from the site,now I have to say SORRY to Gerrit for my wrong opinion,for my case he was been onest and I’m sad to read what I wrote.
But I have to ask to him why there’s a so bad opinion about this site? He is onest but I think he need to listen the bad opinion for to grown better. Before to read all review for me all was ok....but after read Trustpilot I became to worry,my story was so close to others,the game is done....no answer to the mails and no answer at all. Now I have my board but I’m feel no good for all this big mistake....sorry Gerrit but try to be better about the feeling with customers.

These people are just untrustworthy! Make promises they never seem to keep!
Made a big order and spoke in advance with them i needed this order at a certain date (3 weeks later max, as i was going on a kite holiday). This was all no problem at all. I would get the shipment in 4/5 days. After 3 weeks or trying to contact them still nothing and they kept being unreachable. No response to emails, whatsapp or telephone. It feels like they are intensionally avoiding your attempts to contact them.
Now after 6 weeks (back from the kite trip) still no response from them!
I'm almost at the point where i want to drive to this shop and create a big scene there.
Also at the stage to engage a attorney.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY from these people, you will regret it.
Just have a look at how many people are very dissatisfied, this is not a single occurance.
This seems to be their normal business practice.

After quick initial delivery of my 5&7m RRD Religion MKVIII I noticed one of the kites was the wrong size (8 instead of 7). Thorsten immediately offered to change it and provided a return label.
The correct kite was send immediately.

I'm ordering my Surfgear with the guys in Düsseldorf sins 2016 and always been very correctly and timely serviced. Only with last Foilboard set order there were some delays but I'd like to say that Gerrit the owner is reliable and always willing to provide you a really good price.
If you order check with the guys if products are actually on stock. They're having a traditional Surfshop which sometimes translates in capacity issues regard a demanding online Webshop.
I took 1 stars of giving a 4+ stars because of limited customer service and a few weeks delivery delays but this turned out to be 100% the fault of Neil Pride in Germany (Cabrinha) which had supply issues.
Its safe to say that you can place orders and your getting your stuff but with bigger orders it might be better to pass by in Düsseldorf if you can.

Got my stuff a little late. But price is great. Ordered 3 new kites 2018 model.
What can be improved though is the communication. With just some tweaks to the customer support it would be awesome.
Simply tell people more proactively where their stuff is, update it on the website, and inform them upfront. That would save a lot of frustration and fear of being scammed. These days, there are too many horror stories about sites that rob people. This is for sure not one of them, but it might look like it if your stuff is delayed, and there is no communication from the website, and the support is hard to reach.
Anyway, I received my stuff a week later than expected, but I'm happy.
I agree with other people writing on forums: If you want quick, pay more. If you want to pay less, this is a good place to start, but it might take a little longer.
