I ordered a Morrocan lamp from Yooxdeal on Sept 8th of 2019. On Sept. 18th I rec'd an e mail that my ordered had been placed and shipped. It's now Oct 27th and I have seen nothing in the mail or by delivery, we move in 3 weeks and haven't heard back from customer support yet about the package or how to change my delivery address.

The below reviews scared me away from purchasing anything from YOOX for a few years. Using it advisedly, I did choose to purchase $270 boots from them, and I received them within a week. They are as described: new and not counterfeit. When you purchase items from seasons past, you may, as one reviewer mentioned below, find some cause for dissatisfaction; it may indeed be a mixed bag, but so is buying designer clothes from T.J. Maxx.

I ordered and paid but never received a confirmation mail or order number. I tried to get in contact and sent mails but didn't get any answer from Yoox while they say they will contact you within one business day. I want the money back or the order send to me... Great products on the site but the customer care is not up to standards

I have been happily shopping on Yoox with my girlfriend for over 2 years. We have placed over 50 orders combined, and we had very little bad experience or shipping mishap. Only on 1 occasion I was sent a wrong item, which was corrected by Yoox and return made on their expense.
My only complain is the lack of details when comes to product size information. There is no consistency in sizes between various brands. For some brand size M is another brand's XL, or some brand shoes size 44.5 is another brand's size 43. It would be of help if beside the generic size, Yoox could provide centimeters or inches to prevent returns and costly deductions for the shipping cost to conduct the return. Other than that, it's an amazing store with largest selection of products out there. Highly recommend.

It was fine for several years, and they didn't seem to mind me returning a lot of items - which certainly makes sense, considering that the items I kept are worth several thousands of $, probably close to 10 grand.
However, my last 3 orders were cancelled without any explanation. Attempts to get one, either on the phone or via email, did not result in anything - they say they'll get back to you, but never actually do.
Here's the actual full text of the terse email notifying me that the order was cancelled:
We inform you that your order 1110Y01D919384 and the related Credit Card charges have been cancelled.
You can occasionally get a really good deal there for something that's not available anywhere else, but be ready for complete lack of responsiveness. As for myself, I'm done with them.

Used many times and I've never had a problem either ordering and returning goods.
Dispatch can seem a little slow at times, as can refunds on returns, but I've never had a problem.

I used the service in America, ordered a Saint Laurent skirt and Etro pants. I ordered them on September 12th. Only trousers came in the box .. all the stones flew towards the carrier - UPS, but the box was intact and there was no reason to put everything on the carrier. So, the "wonderful" customer service still refers to the carrier, although the carrier gave its comments regarding the delivery, but YOOX still has not taken care of returning funds or sending the unsent goods. Now November is coming ...
so know: you may not receive an order (not cheap) and it doesn't matter how long and how much you already ordered there .. I spent there about 20 thousand dollars and that's such an attitude.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and placed large orders regularly. It’s very obvious that the quality of clothing has significantly reduced over this time, and YOOX have few qualms about sending defective and damaged items due to their deliberately poor customer service tactics.
You can no longer cancel an online order within a few hours.
You can no longer easily reach a customer service agent.
They no longer respond to your first or second emails.
There are frequently error messages in trying to use the email contact.
I recommend you buy from YOOX just like you would from a dodgy market stall...with caution.

My parcel didn't arrive and UPS advised me that it had been lost. I contacted Yoox and was promised that an investigation would take five working days to resolve. I received no communication from them whatsoever. After many phone calls was promised a deadline of Friday 26th July. I contacted them and was advised that now I have to wait until August 5th! Absolutely and utterly disappointed with this company and would not recommend them at all. They have the worst customer service ever. Until now I haven't received any email or call from them.

Have been shopping with yoox for a few years. Have been buying the luxury brands. Were occasions when I was receiving some items with marks etc. But customer service just fantastic, they always could find the solution if I wanted to keep the item. I do buy a lot of Burberry, Mulberry and Tory Burch. Prices are better than on a sale. Fast shipment and prepaid label if you want to return. Easy to communicate: by email, by chat or by phone. Honestly, never had any problems. So, looking forward to choose something for Christmas 🎄

Delivered package to wrong address, did not then honour the 14 day refund/exchange policy. Even with myself saying I would accept a credit note. Been a customer for the last 15+ years... Really bad robotic customer service. No idea about customer retention or lifetime value of wallet for a frequently spending customer!!!
Phoned and emailed so called 'customer services' only to be met with a scripted response with no acknowledgement or understanding of the situation.
Needs attention or will churn customers to rivals - like Farfetch quickly!

I have been shopping at YOOX for 7 years. I love the company. I buy a lot and frequently return items. I will buy different sizes of the same item and return what doesn’t work. I have never had any problem with the site. As with anything, it is sometime difficult to know what something will be like from looking at it on line. However that is the case with any online site. I am a fan of the company and my friends that I have introduced to the site are fans. My only issue is that it takes longer to receive the items than it used too. I will continue shopping with YOOX.

Even this star is too much for them... Really awful and pathetic behaviour from them! I am still waiting my order which is lost as they informed me and I demand my money back. They told me that I will have to wait until the investigation ends from UPS... I answered them that I won't accept my package even UPS find it, because I don't like their service. Also I bought it for a present to someone I don't want to give her her present with such a delay... Anyway this is illegal and they don't have the right to steal my money!! This is a situation between UPS and yoox.com. Why they involve me? This is unacceptable. They stole my money and now they are ironic. Never order from them.

I could not give zero stars so I give one. It's the worst company that I have ever shopped from. I made an order on 8th of September. It came on 21st. Due to the delay they told me they would give me back the shipping cost. I contacted them and they gave me a coupon for my next buy.!🤣I return the package,they didn't inform about receiving it and when I email they told me I need to wait 10 working days to see my money!I payed the shipping for 4-6 days delivery and it came on 13 days!Like I live on planet Mars! I haven't seen such a bad customer service ever!

Yoox customer service is a total failure. Received the order and found that 1/ one of the shoes is scratched 2/one of the items sold as Men's is actually from kids collection (the inner label reveals the kids line name); send them 2 requests asking to take an action. After 3 weeks and numerous mails there is no response. Requests no 53101314 and 53316505.

I felt that I needed to write a comment after having read all the lies that vilify the name of Yoox. I am a happy customer all my orders came smoothly . Regarding some comments about fame products this is bull$#*! as Yoox works directly with the brands. It is listed company on the stock exchange they have no interest in distributing fakes if they did many brands would stop collaborating with Yoox. Finally Yoox is for real fashionistas who understand the brands maybe those who were disappointed had mass market expectations...

I sent a request to the Customer Service 52922049 dated 18.09.2019 regarding the defected goods yoox sent me. I have received no reply as of today, 23.09.2019. Yoox wants the customers to send back the items within 30 days after they have received the parcel. Still its customer service doesn’t reply to the requests within 1 working day as due according to yoox’s policy. How should I approve the return or find the solution with the customer service in time if i get no answers to emails????

This company is a joke. Don’t order from them.
I ordered a jacket and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for it to be delivered.
I have emailed them and called them and still I am being told it’s in preparation.
No one has any answer as to when it will be delivered. They do email you back stating that it’s in the warehouse and they don’t know why it’s late.
This is the second order I have made with them and both times it’s been shambles.
I will never order from them again.
I have asked PayPal to get me a full refund as they are not listening to my requests.
