I love being able to pick and choose what classes I want to do based on my goals (wake up, relax, increase flexibility, etc) and the amount of time I can spare. The instructors are motivating too!

Every class isn't always my style and speed but I can't say enough positive things about YDL. Any length,style, instructor... just find your favorite teachers and do it on your own time.

I found YogaDownload when I got Roku. I'm not completely new to yoga, but I wanted to get the benefits without going to a class. YogaDownload was the answer. I love that there are so many different classes, instructors, and ways to filter everything to find just the right class. So far I've rarely had any reason NOT to do some yoga every day. I highly recommend YogaDownload.

Simply put awesome. Easy to use, all the instructors on yoga download are easy to understand,and fun to watch. It really makes it a no-brainer just to plug in drop in and do a session, it's a no excuse approach to doing yoga. There is instructor type for every type of person on yoga download.

YogaDownload has been amazing for me!
They have a great variety of yoga styles and classes to explore. I am never disappointed and I can search across anything I want to get my perfect class, including length, difficulty, and a bunch of other things.

I find that YogaDownload.com provides quite a variety of online classes that certainly meet my needs. Also, from my background, I know the teachers are excellent and I always learn something new. Very worthwhile for me and my yoga practice.

This app makes it so easy to find that just-right class out of more than 1000 available. Instructors are the best of the best. With YogaDownload on those days when I can’t get to my local studio, I’ve cultivated a well-rounded daily practice that includes flow, yin and pilates.

I mostly interact with the site through the Roku app. I love the variety of classes offered, there are many styles of yoga to choose from and the ability to use multiple filters to search is AWESOME. the reason that I could not give a higher rating is the inability to fave favorite classes, I have to run a search each time and since the results don't always come in the same order I have to scroll through many, many classes to find my favorite ones. As someone new to Yoga it would really help my practice to be able to quickly access the classes that I've found that works for where I am right now.

Great selection, I really like beong able to select by skill level and intensity.
The one negative that I have is the roku app doesn't sync with your website profile so doesn't remember which videos you have completed.

I neglected quality preparation and post exercise yoga for many years and paid the price with my back. Now, I simply must stretch out my back to get any sleep. Not only that, but to continue to ride my bike or other exercise, yoga is a must! Yoga download has allowed me to continue any place and any time. I’m frequently in hotels and can’t get to a yoga studio and this simply saves me. Well worth the price!

There is such a variety of classes; amounts of time, styles, focus, great teachers. I have used it all over the world and now with the app it is even easier to do anywhere.
