So. There seemed to be a problem processing my order, so I had to wait a bit to get my download of Gravity Yoga.
But I’ve been doing it now for around a month, and it makes me feel great! I notice the difference immediately, getting up, sitting down, running, playing tennis. I used to move like a statue, now I am feeling a lot more flexible.
Don’t like the shoulder exercise though - could do with a new one!

At 48 and doing a lot of weight based exercise I was beginning to get a lot of niggling pain and injury, but since doing the hip challenge and now gravity yoga series , I’m feeling much better and those aces and pains are becoming a lot less frequent!

I initially purchased the Gravity Yoga series and enjoyed it si much I subsequently purchased the 21 day Hip challenge. I now do both together. I'm a 55 yr old who really enjoys Hot Yoga. I've always struggled with tight hips and hamstrings, probably due to years of gym work and cycling with zero stretching. Following the clear instructions from Lucas I definitely feel a loosening up in my trouble areas. Being only 15 minute sessions its easy to fit into a busy day. Im gradually watching all the Q&A videos as well. My goal is to improve my flexibility for hot yoga. I recommend these courses for everyone.

I started by buying the Gravity Yoga Flexibility Kit and after studying and organising the material, I have been able to integrate it into my life. The ad states that within 15 days we would be more flexible, but their site said one month. I am more in agreement with the 15 days, because I felt better...I am not sure about more flexible, but I definitely felt a positive difference after regular practice periods of the postures assigned to each body part. My second purchase was the 21-Day Hip Opening Challenge and I have not started it, but considering the value of the Flexibility Kit, I am sure I will not be disappointed. I do believe that with time, I will continue to purchase more of Yogabody's courses.

I purchased a 21 Day Hip Challenge to work on my flexibility after years of neck pain for November but received access to amazing foundation building bonuses like an archive 21 day challenge that I am halfway through. The approach of spending 15 mins everyday to flexibility has been transformational and has prepared me to build more activities like running, strength training and yoga into my routine.

I actually use this program, getting older and my mobility is not great. Im fit but not bendy. I can honestly say I do these stretches 4 times a week ans recommend the program.

I love Lucas’s classes and toe spacers. Doing the breathing challenge programme has been a great experience. Would highly recommend the challenge programmes to anyone struggling to find the motivation and time to make a change to their flexibility/strength/anxiety!

I was VERY skeptical when I purchased the link for the 21 day hip opener . I thought that it would be just like all the other online yoga/workout classes I wasted my money and time in . I was in a lot of pain in my hips and after trying physical therapy , various chiropractors , massages and doing daily yoga for 6 weeks to no avail , I thought ( honestly more out of desperation than anything else ) to give Lucas a try. From the very first online session I was hooked . Lucas is SO knowledgeable about the different muscles , joints, poses etc and his way of explaining make it easy to understand and follow his instructions . After each session I felt better and better . I can honestly say that my hip pain is almost gone ( and please believe me - my pain was horrific ) - and most importantly I can honestly say that Lucas is one of the BEST instructors I have ever had . I did my 200 hour yoga training class somewhere else , and what I've learned in the 15 minute class for 21 days doesn´t compare to my live yoga training semester with someone else . I recommend yogabody 100 % . Can´t wait to go to Barcelona and meet him in person .

I did the 21-day Hip Opening Challenge and I'm so happy I did. The classes were enjoyable and poses were thoroughly explained with adaptations so they were doable for anyone at any stage of flexibility. I feel great and I'm looking forward to continuing on with Gravity Yoga. I highly recommend Lucas and Yogabody!

Recently purchased the Gravity Yoga package - an excellent material for the everyday person wanting to get real results in their busy schedule.
Have recommended this to many others since and receiving just positive feedback.
In my view Lucas developed a product that delivers, is easy to understand and execute, and ticks all boxes for a person who's main goal is to increase their flexibility, improve on the way they feel in every-day life and possibly speed-up reaching their fitness goals.
Overall a very satisfied customer and big supporter of the platform! Highly-recommended.

Loved taking YOGABODY classes online with Lucas. The classes were very well-done and easy to follow. Learned so much from Lucas the past month!!! I started with Gravity yoga and 21-day breathing challenge first to give me a few days warmup before Hip Challenge started. I’m happy to report I never missed a day! I made my commitment and showed up (live a few times and mostly same day recording). I have already noticed positive changes in my ease of movement and intend to continue with this daily practice.

I have just finished my Yoga Teacher training with Yoga Teachers College. Was an incredible experience, I was pushed physically and emotionally (in a good growth way) for 8 weeks and the support was incredible. The online format worked so well and the training technique, information/content is so effective and well delivered. I was really concerned that my introverted nature wouldn’t make for a great teacher but with this training it eases out your natural charisma & personality and gives the confidence to share and teach without feeling like an imposter. Thank you to all involved. I’m booked on for more!

I am on round 2 of the Hip Challenge GE and notice a huge improvement. I intend on sticking with this. I can sit on the floor with my grandkids without discomfort and my daily Pilates is getting better and better. I plan on trying other programs Lucas offers. I love his manner and ease with everyone and it makes the stretch time go fast!!!

I knew I was inflexible, but this program shed a harsh light on how inflexible I actually was. Luckily, it's helped my overall flexibility as well, so that's no longer an issue.

Online Yoga Trapeze Teacher Training was awesome! Lucas is an amazing Teacher! The Yoga Teachers College online content along with the Facebook Group Interaction was really great. I enjoyed working at my own pace and feel ready to teach with confidence.

I tried the gravity yoga and some of the poses were extremely difficult for me initially but it really did as advertised and I made quite a bit more progress than I expected in just the first few weeks. Definitely worth trying out for anyone with flexibility issues willing to put in the effort!
