Fast and efficient service , dress was beautifully packed and arrived without creases, The dress was great quality and styled well , unfortunately it was too big . I wanted to replace with a size down .
The number given was unclear and l had to try several combinations to get through ( this needs to be made clearer ) However the lady Marisa) whom l spoke to re a replacement was very helpful and quickly sorted things out for me (top marks for her nice manner) l have now returned my item and am waiting for my replacement.
